In Des Moines, Iowa, Guy Fieri checks out a funky fusion joint serving up unique burritos and masa fries with butgogi. Across town in Beaverdale, a Southern spot's cooking up all the classics, including ribs, red beans, rice, catfish cakes and collards. In Atlantic City, a husband-wife duo dishes out soul food standouts, including turkey chops and pig feet.

Guy travels to Tuscany, Italy, where a hillside seafood spot serves up a squid ink specialty and a Mediterranean prawn-artichoke mashup; spaghetti and lamb; truffle hunting in the mountains; fresh pasta with mussels and oxtail tortelli.

Guy tours Florence, Italy. Included: a 50-year-old landmark known for spaghetti and chicken; fresh pasta from a second-generation spot; Italian dough-making secrets from a popular pizza place; a legit salami-cheese calzone.

A tour of Arizona includes a beef specialty from an Italian market; brisket on the menu at a gas station/barbecue café; and creative culinary creations offered at an out-of-the box burger joint.

This road trip begins in Atlantic City, with crab-stuffed flounder and cannelloni. Later, Guy visits Phoenix, where he visits a mom-and-pop pizza shop, that serves pies topped with baked ziti and chicken Marsala.

A trip to Somers Point, N.J., finds Guy eating a crab melt and a pork belly Reuben. Also: he visits a 75-year-old steakhouse in California, where he orders stuffed pork chops and lobster mac 'n cheese.

This trip, Guy's getting an authentic taste from all around the earth like Latin fusion, real-deal Thai, and Sicilian specialties.

Guy visits a classic diner in Bakersfield, California, where he eats meaty Texas chili and decadent pumpkin pancakes; and discovers a hidden gem dishing out peanut-butter burgers and homemade bacon ice cream. Also: a gourmet taco spot in, Phoenix, Arizona, known for its mole.

Guy travels to Bakersfield, Cal., where he visits a Basque restaurant serving oxtails and garlic fried chicken. Also: he explores Greek specialties, including cabbage dolmades and braised beef over pasta.

Guy tours food joints in Charlotte, N.C. with NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer. Included: a unique spin on shrimp; a steak sandwich with fig preserves; chana masala tacos.

Guy puts the spotlight on indulgent dishes, during a trip to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he visits a seafood spot known for its gumbo and a spicy mahimahi specialty; and a mother-daughter team serve up lamb ragout and a decadent ice cream sandwich.

Guy travels west for barbecue. Included: homemade chorizo and a Yucatan turkey special served at a food court gem in Los Angeles. Also: two funky grill joints in Las Vegas.

A Korean-Mexican joint in Los Angeles serves short rib tacos and spicy pork chimichangas; and at a nearby New Orleans-inspired restaurant, Guy tries po'boys and crawfish mac and cheese. Later, a trip to Charlotte includes a Serbian pizza place.

Guy explores what food trucks have to offer, including burgers, chilaquiles, tacos and fresh seafood, during stops in Key West, Florida, California, Hawaii and Canada.

Places, known for their beef dishes, are highlighted, as Guy travels the country, tasting burgers, meatballs, steak, a hash sandwich and BBQ-filled tacos.

Summer foods are celebrated, including burgers, hot dogs, barbecue and seafood. Also: ice cream and apple pie.

Guy revisits the very first episode of the series, during an hour that includes fun facts and personal stories from the host.

Guy is served supersized hot dogs from a double-wide bus in West Virginia; mixes some Ping-Pong with pizza in Washington, D.C.; and comes across a fish extravaganza in Hawaii.

Guy highlights beach eats during stops in Florida and Mexico, where he gets to savor the freshest catch. Also: Hawaiian open-air barbecue; a taste of Cuba in Miami; crab cakes, chowder and fried clams in New England.

Guy cruises around the East Coast, making stops in the Bronx for barbecue and in Manhattan for authentic Neapolitan pizza. Also: breakfast and burgers in Rhode Island; a real-deal Philly diner; and Italian specialties from a Baltimore market.

Amazing appetizers are on the menu as Guy travels to Miami, Kansas and the Pacific Northwest, in search of the best tater tots, jalapeno poppers, fritters and oysters. Also: grape leaves and wings in New England; atomic fried mac and cheese in New York.

Guy puts the spotlight on turkey during stops in Boston, California, Wisconsin and Florida, where he gets a taste of turducken, bird-shaped bread loaves, bite-size Thanksgiving balls and tasty leftover sandwiches.

Lost footage from the show is featured as Guy visits some familiar New York City hangouts, where he treats his taste buds to mussels, crispy pork skin and a lamb sandwich. Also: he chows down on California pizza and oysters; and tastes bao buns in Miami.

Dishes appropriate for the holidays are in the spotlight. Included: savory stuffing and latkes in California; sugar-glazed ham and tamales in Nashville; a real North Pole culinary celebration; and mouthwatering meat in Alaska.
