Mark and Derek have grown closer as they continue their investigation of the Rune Killer. However, a new mystery is afoot which draws their attention away from their mission--it seems a Kuchisake is in town and seeking vengeance.

Mark and Derek have confirmed there's a kuchisake in town, killing, thanks to Derek's new power--the hunt continues, leading to some chance encounters with new friends and potential enemies. Meanwhile, Genevieve has something up her sleeve, but a surprise guest might make that all for naught.

Relationship drama interrupts Mark and Derek from their hunt this week. But as Mark grows closer to Murphy, Derek finds himself surprised by a new match of his own, made out of desperation. However, all that might be moot unless Mark and Derek learn about big things that come in small packages.

Mark and Derek find themselves undercover investigating a series of murders at a couples clinic for homosexuals, run by the mysterious Thea and her masked acolytes. Meanwhile, Genevieve and Barth each confront the enigmatic assassin, with different results.
