Dan and Edna meet Mrs. Green, Dopey, Egbert, and the puppets Grumpy, Merry, John and Sooki. They learn to answer the question "what's your name?", and to count from 1 to 4.

Dan and Edna learn to answer the question "what's this?" about parts of a house and other items, and to count from 1 to 6.

Dan and Edna learn to count from 1 to 10, and sing a song "Ten Little Indians". Mrs. Green teaches how to answer the question "what's this?" with the help of Dopey, John and Merry.

Dan and Edna meet Irving the rat, learn names of animals and the use of "this is" and "that is".

Dan and Edna meet Koko the dog, and learn about professions: Mr. Dean the teacher, Mr. Flynn the postman and Mr. Jones the farmer.

Dan and Edna learn about more professions: Dr. Kay the doctor, Mr. King the policeman and others.

Dan and Edna learn about more professions: Mrs. Dean the teacher, Mrs. Flynn the dressmaker, Mrs. Jones the housewife and Mrs. King the singer. They learn to count from 1 to 12, and meet Mardi the chick.

Dan and Edna learn about more professions: Dr. Kay the doctor and Mrs. Kay the nurse. They learn to answer "yes, it is" or "no, it isn't", and meet Maggie the witch.

Dan and Edna learn to answer "yes, it is" or "no, it isn't", and ride bicycles with their friends.

Dan and Edna learn the difference between an apple, an orange and an egg. Maggie the witch brings Dan to the forest, where he hears a story about a boy and a girl.

Maggie the witch turns Dan into Indian. While cooking, Edna tries to cast a spell, and unintentionally turns Dan into Indian, too. Dan is annoyed at Edna, but soon they make up. Dan, Edna and their friends ride bicycles.

Dan and Edna dress up as Tom Sawyer and Becky Thatcher, sing the ABC song and learn how to read the time.

Dan brings a horse for Edna. Grumpy dresses up as a sailor, and Dopey becomes a driver. Dan and Edna ride horses, drive various vehicles, fly a helicopter, sail a boat, and dress up as Tom Sawyer and Becky Thatcher. They learn to count pairs and triplets.

Dan and Edna dress up as Tom Sawyer and Becky Thatcher. They learn to count to 3 and the difference between hot and cold, and sing about the four seasons of the year.

Dan reads Grumpy the the story about Huckleberry Finn, and later visits Edna's tree house. Dan and Edna listen to the story about Hansel and Gretel.

Dan and Edna cook with the help of Dopey, drive toy cars, fly a helicopter, ride bicycles and horses and sail a boat. They dress up like Alice and the Mad Hatter from "Alice in Wonderland", and listen to the story about Robin Hood.
