There's a buzz of nervous energy and excitement when 600 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader hopefuls arrive for the preliminary auditions. Each contestant has less than two minutes to perform a freestyle dance routine for the judges and prove they are a standout.

In the final audition, competition really heats up as only the strong survive. DCC wanna-bes now compete with returning veteran cheerleaders for a spot in training camp. Who can handle the stress and 'WOW' the judges to prove they are the total package?

If the candidates thought auditions were tough, they have no idea how brutal training camp will be. Week one at Valley Ranch starts with the girls finding out how they scored with the judges. Who will survive the first week of training camp?

It's only the third week of training camp and it's already time to make cuts. Who will survive? The week starts with uniform fittings where even the wannabes get to try on the famous blue and white star studded outfit.

The girls are in the dark about what Kelli and salon director Rainer Schneck have planned for them when they get their dramatic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders makeovers.

When DCC Director, Kelli Finglass, gives a former contestant a once-in-a-lifetime second chance to join training camp three weeks late, there is a lot of catching up to do.

She's back! The notoriously demanding Kitty Carter comes to Valley Ranch to teach the intimidated DCC a technique class.

Kelli and Judy are forced to make tough decisions that are fair, but unfortunate. It's now or never for the remaining training camp candidates as there are only two rehearsals left before final cuts.
