Cobra is a secret organization that helps people when the criminal justice system fails. They recruit hotheaded Robert "Scandal" Jackson and offer him to solve his father's murder. However, he may not like what he finds.

A drinking water company tied to the mob may hold the answers Scandal seeks.

A woman who is married to an abusive man turns to Cobra for help. While they feel this is not what they usually do, Scandal convinces them to help her disappear. But the man finds her which makes them wonder he has someone very powerful helping him. Later when they get him arrested, some government men swoop in and take him and his wife away. Scandal tries to find her.

A dangerous man from Scandal's past comes back to hunt him down.

When Scandal steps out, some men grab him thinking he's Chapman and they ask him where are the tapes which he knows nothing about. Later he is drugged and someone opens the door where he is being held and he gets away and is in an accident. When he tells Danielle and Dallas what happened, they think he didn't like the show so he bolted. And when he fails to convince them he sets out to find Chapman. He is visited by the FBI who thinks he is Chapman and tells...
