Rubén is that nerd that nobody has ever paid the slightest attention to, but he is also a regional champion of Chessboxing (a discipline that mixes boxing with chess). For him it is not enough, and he prepares to achieve the title of national champion.

Rubén has a trick to beat his opponents. It may not last forever, but for the moment it has been worth not boxing with Esteban in the last five bouts. On the other hand, Ruben will discover that there is something between Elisa and Brugada.

It seems that Elisa is increasingly caught by Brugada. Rubén refuses to accept the relationship and that can only make you look like a prick.

The future opponent of Rubén in the National Chessboxing Championship will be Carlos, known as "La Roca". There is no turning back and Rubén has no choice but to prepare himself to the fullest, to suffer as little as possible.

Ruben is not ready to continue with Chessboxing and wants to quit. With the show of confidence from her father, Elisa and Brugada, she continues.

The championship is approaching and Rubén's number one fan has offered to take some photos of him. The result is not too flattering for Rubén and will cause the odd laugh. Meanwhile, Brugada and Elisa still do not decide to tell Ruben about theirs.

The most feared moment has come, Carlos begins to declare himself to Elisa when he discovers that she and Brugada are together. He decides to disappear and everyone fears that he will not appear in the final.

After Rubén's disappointment, he reappears a moment before the competition begins.
