The Cheerleaders are back! Coming off of four world title victories, the team is back in the gym with Coach Eddie. They are trying to be the first team to win their fifth consecutive world championship title. Although winning is in the teams blood, it isn't always easy. Championships aren't won overnight, and as the team gets the season started, the handwork begins on day one at tryouts!

As the preseason gets underway, the cheerleaders must prove to Coach Eddie that they are tough enough to be on the team. The girls are fighting for 16 spots while the boys are fighting for 4. There are five incredible male athletes trying out for the squad, but with only four spots, who will end up on the Cali Smoed roster?

With cuts being made and injuries taking place, its time for the squad to focus on the goal at hand. It's the details that make the difference between a second place team and a world championship team. Coach Eddie is determined to drill this into the minds of the cheerleaders; unfortunately some athletes aren't getting the message.

The curse is back! With injuries happening and cheerleaders leaving the team for personal reasons, the members of Cali Smoed are heartbroken when they find out they won't be able to attend the Cali Showcase this year to exhibition the routine they have been working so hard on.

The new members of Cali Smoed are starting to find out from the veterans what it's like to be a part of the squad. It's the last day of camp and they are getting a crash course in what it takes to be on one of the most innovative teams. Will they be ready for their first performance as a team or will they drop their stunt? Eddie's rule at camp is simple, you don't drop your stunt at Cali Camp.

Smoed returns from Cali Super Camp for their first official team practice. They are hit with some unexpected news when they find out that they are one man down. Will Eddie and Orby find a solution to this familiar problem? The Curse of the Fourth Boy strikes again.

Summer is over and it's back to school for some of the members of Cali Smoed. While Angel is enjoying the home school life, Gabi is returning to public school after a 5-year hiatus. Will the culture shock be too much for her or will she enjoy what high school has to offer?

Some of the Smoes have given up a lot to train with one of cheerleading's most prolific teams. Gabi is going on her 3rd year away from home while Payton is leaving the nest for the first time. See what it's like for these to when it comes to being homesick.

After a long summer, Cali Smoed finally has a complete team. Newcomers Cody and Alyssa are excited to join the team, while alternate Jessica is being given the second chance of a lifetime. How will this effect the stunt groups that have been working so hard the past 3 months? How will the teams chemistry be, now that Smoed finally has a complete team?

After 2 seasons with Cali Smoed, a valuable team member decides it's time to leave. The loss comes after a summer of ups and downs for the squad. Who is it and how will Eddie handle the situation?

It's time for one of Smoed's veterans to start a new chapter. Eddie always says, "it's hard getting into the center, but it's even harder to stay there." With a new do and position as center flyer, is Madi ready to take on the challenge of being center stage for one of the most popular squads in Cheerleading?

It's The Hard Knock Life for The California All-Stars SMOED. Watch as the team gets a chance to let loose while doing a fun routine inspired by the new Annie movie.

After making many sacrifices and putting in countless hours of work, two members of the team become unsure of their fate on Smoed. While one is struggling to uphold her new position, the other experiences something out of her control.

It's time for the annual Cali SMOED holiday party. Every year Eddie and Orby host an elaborate dinner party full of holiday cheer for the team. But this year is extra special because Eddie and Orby host the party at their home. It's a wonderful time for the team to bond, getting to spend time together outside of the cheer gym.

After giving up her spot on Cali SMOED last season, Payton Coon made the big move to California. She's been away from her family, friends, and boyfriend for months while living with a host family.

After moving halfway across the globe, a member of Cali Smoed decides to leave unexpectedly before the showcase. The team moral has taken a hit but...a fire has been lit in their eyes.

After a successful showcase, the team is ready to put the past behind them and get back in the gym. The time has finally come to learn their pyramid.

The addition of the new 4th boy puts another members spot in jeopardy. It's out with the new and in with the old as a veteran returns to help fill the spot.

Cali SMOED learned their dance routine less than a week ago. The squad arrives to their first competition and gets their music one hour prior to competing. The pressure is mounting as the new team prepares to hit the competition floor.

All good things come to an end. We've laughed, cried and have been on a rollercoaster of emotions with Cali SMOED. In this 100th episode of Cheerleaders, we say goodbye to the squad by showcasing the moments that made us fall in love with the team during their 3-year journey.
