Noah Cappe begins Season 3 at the "Royal Winter Fair" in Toronto, where he gives the massive marshmallow crunch a try; and later, he explores the specialties at the "State Fair of Louisiana", including gorditas, nachos and a 5-lb burger.

Noah gets turned onto two fusion favorites, the torthal and hoagie dog, at Magical Winter Lights in Houston, where he also tries his hand at making a deep-fried root beer float and torches a berry brulee waffle. Later, he dons some Victorian finery for "Dickens on the Strand" in Galveston, Texas.

Funnel cakes, that are crazy and delicious, are highlighted by host Noah Cappe, who tries the deep-fried treat with maple and bacon in Georgia, as a sundae in Ohio, a pumpkin variety in Kentucky, with apples in Pennsylvania, and topped with nacho cheese and jalapenos in California.

The South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach features some wacky takes on fairground classics, including the waffle burger and donut Philly cheesesteak. Later, host Noah Cappe travels to the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo in Denver, where he tastes the uber-tater and icy apple dream.

A cowboy burrito; Juicy Lucy; and funnel cake/cereal combo are among the tasty treats found at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo in Texas. Later, host Noah Cappe takes on a triple-decker sweet and bacon burger bomb at the Florida State Fair in Tampa.

Host Noah Cappe chows down on Buffalo chicken mac and cheese and a crispy clamwich at the Great New York State Fair, where he also experiences PB&J ice cream and "The Defibrillator". Also: at the South Carolina State Fair, Noah eats a monster meatball and a corn dog fit for a king.

Highlights of the Norfolk County Fair in Ontario include the Thanksgiving bowl, butter-bacon poutine, the cheeseburger egg roll, and ale-and-apple fritters. Later, the Columbia County Fair in South Carolina offers Noah the chance to eat gator nuggets with swamp sauce, hog on a log, and angel-and-devil dogs.

Host Noah Cappe has a laming yearning for tacos at the North Florida Fair in Tallahassee, Florida, where he also sinks his teeth into bacon, a Philly cheesesteak, and oxtail. Later, the Erin Fall Fair in Ontario is memorable for apple dumplings and pork belly sliders.

Host Noah Cappe has a deconstructed turducken sandwich and country fried shepherd's pie at the Big E in West Springfield, Massachusetts; and also indulges in dessert, including deep-fried fruit punch and the Big E-clair. Later, meat is on the menu during every course at the Gwinnett County Fair in Georgia, where Noah chows down on a Sunday dinner sundae and funnel-fried bacon.

Host Noah Cappe visits the Delaware County Fair in Walton, New York, where he goes wild for a unique twist on spaghetti and pizza, French fries with pork, clams and corn, and cannoli. Later, at the North Georgia Fair in Marietta, the day begins with a salmon breakfast biscuit and ends with an irresistible banana split.

Highlighting the best hot dogs, from the festivals and fairs visited by host Noah Cappe. Toppings include crab dip in Maryland; chile relleno in California; and whipped cream and chocolate.

Interesting eats at the Eastern Carolina Agricultural Fair in Florence, South Carolina, includes the "catzagna"; deep-fried Philly blossom; a smokin' okra burger; and deep-friend banana pudding. Later, the Mountain Mandarin Festival in Auburn, California, offers visitors atomic habanero tots; cheesecake pizza and something called "The Big Yum".

Host Noah Cappe sets out to prove that everything is better with bacon, as he travels to festivals and fairs across the country, in search of the biggest, baddest and best bacon dishes around.

The York Fair in Pennsylvania, which dates back to 1765, offers dishes that include a taste of Christmas, a pretzel stuffed with a burger, fork-free chick waffle and apple pie funnel cake. Also: the Steuben County Fair in Upstate New York features its own version of a Cuban sandwich, five-alarm fried fudge, and the rainbow sugar waffle.

The Paris Fair in Ontario finds host Noah Cappe dining on a dish called "Her Majesty's Feast", as well as eating meat-pie pouline, a dirtbunger, and a gigantic wrap. Also: the Washington County Fair in New York offers unique twists on cotton candy, fries and s'mores.

The Great Frederick Fair in Maryland offers host Noah Cappe the chance to try dishes named the Whole Hog, Crappy Dog, Cake a Dilla, and Hula Boat. Later, at New York's Wyoming County Fair, the specialties include a Monster Veggie Wrap, Mexita, and Exploding Fireball Taffy/

Homemade donuts and bacon wafers are paired with ice cream.
