Returning from their honeymoon in a small unarmed shuttle, Oliver and Daphne run afoul of Daphne's ex-husband, Bing The Merciless, and he's flying his dowry, a Crosian Warship. Bing makes no secret of his intent to blow the shuttle out of space, and there is nowhere for our heroes to run to.

Captain Isotope and his new bride Daphne struggle to survive in their tiny shuttle as Bing continues his barbaric assault. But fate intervenes when Carter arrives in the USS Isotope to rescue them. Their victory is short-lived however as the HMS The Merciless is still intent on destroying them, and is significantly larger and better armed. Things turn for the worse however when Bing decides he wants to settle his grievances with Isotope and Daphne in person, and boards the ship USS Isotope looking for a fight.

Recovering from the brutal attack by Bing the Merciless, Captain Isotope and Carter Winston are summoned to see Admiral Crossley over a very important development. The startling disappearance of Bing unveils a deep mystery the Gal-Fed is researching, and Crossley assigns Isotope to work on this with Carter. He also hands a recovered Cadet Timmy Jones back to the Captain. Before they can start looking into the mystery however there's still the matter of the AWOL General Crank, and her location has finally been discovered. Having been arrested, Princess Marlea sits brooding in a therapy session as Science Officer Carter Winston tries to help her untangle her life and face legal consequences for her actions on Quarus Thule. But it's rough going as her issues are deeper rooted than previously thought. Eventually the therapy is interrupted by a call form Marlea's husband, Prince Luthor.

Suddenly stranded in a foreboding region of space, and being told by a Gypsy Woman that darkness is afoot, the crew of the USS Isotope struggle to survive as a horrible monster rampages through the decks of the ship shrieking and killing. It's a fight for survival as people die and the Gypsy woman gets loopier and loopier. And the worst is yet to come.

400 Years in the past a Russian Deep Space Probe runs across a mysterious derelict spaceship in orbit of Nalder Prime. Cmdr. Molgov decides to do a spacewalk and check it out with Col. Tonya Svetzara. The place is eery and abandoned, but nonetheless menacing. It isn't long before things start to go wrong, prompting Irina Bankov, the junior member of the team, to attempt a rescue mission. Despite a near disastrous attack on the Russian ship, she manages to board the Derelict and learns the dreadful secret of Nalder Prime.

The vampiric Tonya and Tatiana, sole survivors of the doomed Komorov expedition from 2069, have attacked Carter and Oliver. Oliver manages to break free of their clutches, but Carter is not so lucky. Meanwhile a frantic Daphne onboard the USS Isotope tries to determine how best to help her teammates, only to discover she has an ally in Raul Mezon, whom she'd rather NOT have, to be honest. The race is on to see if they can save the day.

Feeling creative Professor Raul Mezon, now the ship's cook, seeks out a new flavor to baste the crew's next meal. Sadly, his baste of choice is also a powerful hallucinogen and it sends Carter into a bizarre transformation that sets in motion a chain of events which brings the crew to the brink of disaster.

Cro-Magnon Carter is still on the loose and Madam Kreyus is still missing. Captain Isotope take Raul back to the ship to find Carter while Timmy tries to track down Kreyus. It's all very straightforward until Carter meets up with the rogue planetoid's sole inhabitant, who is remarkably like-minded.

As Perseus II careens out into space the USS Isotope struggles to maintain contact. Bozo 14 and a recovering Carter Winston run across Cadet Timmy and Madam Kreyus, and they coordinate to try to find a way back to the ship. Until help comes from an unexpected quarter. This is the last episode filmed prior to Michael O'Hear's Passing.

Daphne's being driven to exhaustion and it takes some digging form Carter to find out why. Meanwhile Oliver is faced with a shocking twist when the ship that has fired on, and crippled the USS Isotope turns out to be skippered by his Ex-Wife, Mona Schroedinger.

Tensions mount as Daphne's fear that Mona Schroedinger is trying to steal Oliver back place a strain on their relationship. Meanwhile Mona lets slip to Carter that she's not quite the simple party girl she has been pretending to be. Things come to a head however when Mona and Daphne finally come to blows on the bridge.

Oliver's ex-wife, Mona, is forced to take the reins as Oliver is stunned by the disappearance of Daphne. She does her best to rally his attention, but must also contend with a surprising emotional response from Carter as well. And as if all this weren't enough, Cadet Timmy is back, but he's got a Marine Colonel in tow who WANTS to know what is going on. Once again, Mona's on top of things.

Reeling from the loss of her lover, Raul, Madam Kreyus tries to bury her sorrows on the Resort Station Club Fred. There she has a run-in with a serial killer only to end up on the lam with the last woman in the universe she wants to be with - Trixie Dixie Mitzi (From Poughkeepsie).

The Isotope is still on the search for their missing Crewmembers, Raul and Daphne, and the strange new member of the Team, Mona is leading them somewhere by laying out bread crumb clues. Oliver becomes suspicious and confronts her, only to find out she's been hiding a very personal secret. Finally, however, the Isotope runs across an enormous space cloud that is filled with Chrononomatic Energy, and very possibly the answers they seek. But this cloud won't give up its answers easily.

The Space Cloud rages on as a new issue arrives, a stranded Chith spaceship with three alien crew. Launching a daring rescue mission , Mona pilots a Gal-Fed shuttle into the cloud but ultimately the effort is unsuccessful. Worse, however, is that like Daphne before her, Mona vanishes from the burning ship. This time however, the disappearance is short-lived, and she reappears on the USS Isotope, albeit not in good condition. The only thing weirder than THIS, is the unexpected arrival from within the cloud of the USS Mercury. The ship Oliver's father was piloting over ...

Desperate for answers Oliver rushes to board the USS Mercury as Carter checks in on the recovering Mona Schroedinger. Captain Mercury is still alive, and is brought aboard the Isotope. During all of this the religious woman, Fralia has been providing Madam Kreyus with cryptic information, none of which seems to make sense. Elsewhere, on a remote Science Research Space Station two scientists trying to uncover the secrets of the Daphne Duplicant are surprised when the Duplicant suddenly reactivates.

Madam Kreyus, having discovered that Oliver had a wife prior to Daphne, meets up with Mona Schroedinger. Meanwhile Oliver goes to check on the recovered Captain Mercury, his long-lost father, and finds a strained reunion. Mona realizes there are big things happening upon her chance meeting with Captain Mercury, and she demands that her mysterious benefactor show himself - and he does.

Split between his relief at seeing Daphne back from being missing for so long and the growing suspicion that she doesn't seem quite right, Captain Isotope none-the-less welcomes her back with open arms. Would that Captain Mercury were so accommodating to him. Captain Mercury seems more irritated than anything else to be around his son. Mona is beyond worried that the sudden appearance of Daphne is deeply wrong, and summons help from her benefactor. Now it's up to her to save her ex-husband's life from Daphne.

The time has come for Mona to summon Captain Z-Ro to retrieve Daphne from her exile in time and space. But as Daphne's future is secured, Mona's is slipping away from her. Meanwhile, Captain Mercury's growing anger is addressed by Fralia, the mystic woman, leading him to make a major decision.

Dispatched on a rescue mission by Gal-Fed high command, the USS Isotope finds itself outmatched by unexpectedly superior firepower, and barely manages to retrieve the target, a Corporate Intelligence Officer, Demetrius Largo. Mr. Largo can't say WHAT is going on, only that it's vitally important he pass the intel on to his superiors. Meanwhile, the cloaked spaceship high in order inflicts brutal damage to the USS Isotope imperiling their chances of a successful mission, or even staying alive.

On a routine run to deliver some medical supplies, Captain Isotope is also tasked with delivering two new recruits to their first postings. One young lady is tired and sleeps in, but the other, Ensign Donna Garvin, is excited and joins the Captain on the bridge, where it becomes clear she is infatuated with the Captain. Handling the situation the best he can, Captain Isotope manages to get her out of his hair, unaware that a sinister woman has secreted herself onto the ship, and setting out to cause mayhem. It's not a thriller without a Depalma-inspired evil twin ...

In dreams you can't run away from your secrets and fears. As the crew of the Isotope lay their heads down to sleep they invite their inner ghosts to torment them. Captain Isotope is haunted in his sleep by the present. Carter is haunted by his past, and Madam Kreyus is given a glimpse into her future by a ghost yet to come.

In the far future Mona Schroedinger is having a hard time adjusting to being a relatively useless lab assistant to Captain Z-Ro, and her attention keeps turning back to ward her lost comrades back in the 25th Century, to the point where Captain Z-Ro ends up catching her using his Trillitron to watch the crew of the USS Isotope through Time and Space. While he's not happy to have her pining away for the past, he inadvertently discovers his own past catching up with him, which prompts an emergency trip - through Time and Space.

As the infamous Ghoul Hannibal Ferox drifts aimlessly through space the USS Isotope is warned by a mysterious Earth Warlord that the passenger they carry, Gloria Longrave, is a very dangerous woman. Before the can act on this information she has launched her attack on the crew and now heads directly toward a rendezvous with the flesh-eating Hannibal Ferox.

Having subdued the crew of the USS Isotope Lilith sends the first tasty morsel, Daphne Isotope, over to the Ghoul's charnel pit so she can decompose and be eaten. Captain Isotope escapes however and begins to rescue his crew, but not before Mona undergoes some strenuous torture. Can the flesh-eating ghoul be stopped? Can Lilith's superhuman strength be curbed long enough for the Crew to survive? I hope so. We have a whole other TV Season yet to come.
