The brothers start to work on their new renovations in San Francisco.

This week, the brothers tackle kitchen renovations. Guest judges Leanne and Steve Ford will have to choose between Drew's modern Californian space and Jonathan's eco-chic creation. The winning brother gets a backstage experience at Lucasfilm, while the losing brother's dare leaves him feeling less than a "fountain of joy."

Drew works wonders with his small place, while Jonathan raises the roof in this week's master suite challenge. Guest judges Aubrey and Bristol Marunde will decide who will win an all-access tour of historic Alcatraz and who stays locked behind.

Drew digs out his lower-level to create a rental suite and Jonathan transforms a loft into a guest room. The winner gets to shoot hoops with NBA superstar Stephen Curry.

This week, the brothers are challenged with the last renovation of their interior spaces. Giving it their all, Jonathan and Drew add sophistication, functionality, and personality to their guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Guest judges Mina Starsiak and Karen Laine decide who will get an up close and personal experience at the Oakland Zoo.

With the competition almost at an end, brothers Jonathan and Drew renovate their exterior spaces, adding finishing touches. With the houses now on the market, the brothers wait in anticipation as the buyers make the final call. Who will come out this season's winner? And who will loose bragging rights?
