Gay frat boy Tyler struggles to find balance between Greek life and his friends outside the fraternity. As he begins to recognize the divide between his two social circles a series of fortunate events push Tyler towards the ultimate challenge. Meanwhile, his close friends Joey and Doug battle their own issues with relationships and sex.

The stakes are high when Tyler and Norissa agree upon an outrageous wager designed to bring the opposing sides of Tyler's life crashing together. In light of the bet, Tyler enlists his brothers Joey and Doug to help him accomplish what they believe to be an impossible feat. In the meantime, Heather remains determined to someday marry Joey despite reservations felt by friends and herself.

As Tyler begins to prepare a game plan to beat Norissa in their recent wager, his friends face challenges of their own. Joey and Heather's relationship has reached a turning point which prompts Joey to turn to his friends for advice. Doug still struggles to find "the one," but his search may have blinded him to his one best chance. Meanwhile, Norissa shows her competitive nature as a face from Tyler's past resurfaces and threatens to throw a wrench into Tyler's best laid plans.

Relationships are tested as everyone reaches their boiling point. Tyler is caught off guard when his ex Brian takes the first steps towards reconciliation; Doug shares his first date with Marley, but not before Norissa stirs up some trouble of her own; and Joey and Heather's relationship reaches a point of no return when Heather finally gets a glimpse of the picture perfect relationship she always imagined.

In a desperate ploy to get over his devastating break-up with Heather, frat boy Joey convinces Tyler and Doug to attend a neighboring chapter's biggest party of the year. Hilarity ensues, friendships are tested, and the consequences that follow will change everyone.

In the penultimate episode Tyler begins taking the necessary steps to win his bet against Norissa just as she struggles to ensure that he fails. Meanwhile, Joey gets caught in a bad situation as a mistake from his past comes back to haunt him.

In the final episode, conflicts are resolved as Tyler is forced to choose between his friendship with his fraternity brothers or his friendship with Norissa.

Four years after the events of "Start All Over," Tyler and Doug have joined Joey on his wedding day. However, plagued by cold feet Joey makes a run for it leading Tyler and Doug to enlist the help of Joey's bride-to-be, Christy, to help find him before the ceremony is set to take place.
