Middle-aged ship's bosun George is about to marry young and pretty Louella. Her former lover, Skip Clark, is jealous; when George turns up dead, Skip is the chief suspect. Blackie believes Skip is innocent; George was killed for his money.

Phantom Burglar steals Lenore Aldwin's important documents; she offers $500 reward for their return. Crooks want 10 to 20 times that amount of money. Boston Blackie is determined to find out what was so important in those stolen letters.

A small time pickpocket runs afoul of what looks like a sweet old lady in old fashioned clothes with a comically old automobile, but is in fact a ruthless head of a crime ring. He's shot and put into a coma. Blackie senses the lady, a known ex-con, is up to something as she and her mob plan an art museum heist.

Blackie aids a man accused of hit and run. The only clue to what really happened is a Hollywood designer dress.

The husband of a friend Mary's is accused of being the inside man on a bank robbery. Blackie seeks the truth

Blackie tries to get a fighter out of the control of a man the fighter owes money to.

Blackie accidentally stumbles onto a murderous diamond smuggling gang.

A beautician asks Blackie to talk to her ex. She says he has too much money and carries a gun. The ex isn't happy with the interference and a fight ensues resulting in the shooting of a bystander.

A blackmailer is killed by a poisoned needle when he opens a spring-loaded box sent to him through the mail. A local florist admits to the crime, but Boston Blackie doesn't believe it.

Blackie is stalked by a crazed killer.

Barney Stevens, an East Coast bank robber, escapes from prison and skips to LA with his partner, Dave Brubaker. However, he is recognized by a bank teller before committing a new robbery. Stevens is arrested, and Brubaker seeks revenge - by killing the teller. The teller's wife sees the shooting, and Brubaker determines to get her too. Luckily, she is a friend of Boston Blackie.

Blackie sees a robber jump into a taxi. After a car chase the robber gets away, leaving the taxi driver with a bullet in his arm. The taxi driver is an ex-convict, who Blackie once sent to jail. Blackie believes the taxi driver now to be an honest man and doesn't think he is mixed up in the robbery.

Blackie gets in the middle of a feud between two murderous brothers.

Blackie has his doubts when a hired farmhand, who was recently released from a mental hospital, is accused of attempting to murder a farm couple.

Blackie is considered a material witness after a friend is murdered. The friend was a big winner in a Las Vegas casino and Blackie was the last person to speak to him.

Nick Vincent, an out-of-work youth, takes advantage of a grocery store owner who thinks he's an armed robber when the young man demands prompt service with one hand jammed in his jacket pocket. Seeing how easy it was to steal nearly two-hundred dollars accidentally, Nick purchases a gun and plans to enter a life of crime. At Nick's father's request, Boston Blackie attempts to reason with Nick he can begin his one man crime wave.

A radio personality whose fantasy talk to women hides clandestine information for a hijacking gang. The gang becomes unhappy when the man makes a move to television which move will deprive the gang of a means to relay the messages.

A banker is framed by a plastic surgeon in a $500,000 theft. It's up to Blackie to find the truth.
