Jack learns the meaning of Mexican immortality when he runs a waiter race in Guadalajara, works the agave fields for tequila, almost gets burned alive in an ancient Aztec ceremony and has a first date with the Saint of Death.

Jack meets the people and hears their stories to find out how little Ireland left such a huge mark on the world. Irish coffee; a boozy ice cream; road bowling, the Blarney stone, and maybe just a few pints at the pub await him.

Jack lets his freak flag fly in the Sunshine State, Florida. He joins a wacky rebellion, drinks whiskey out of a dead alligator, dabbles in Haitian Voodoo, sails a floating Tiki Bar and finds his favorite Miami vice.

Jack has "no worries" with mates in Australia, experiencing a mussel-diving; sheep-shearing; brothel-crashing; vegemite-swallowing good time in this former penal colony.

Jack dives for a rare seafood delicacy; visits Dr. Frankenstein's liquor laboratory; unearths the Wine of Death; and tastes the crown jewel of Portuguese booze.

Jack taps into the mysterious energies of Madagascar and drinks its most potent spirits. He meets mystical monkeys, concocts a snake blood cocktail, shakes his booty with a local tribe and makes a boozy offering to a king.
