Ji-sang is a doctor who fights for justice and sets out to protect the sanctity of human life -- despite being a vampire.

Park Ji Sang starts a new job and immediately bumps heads with one of his subordinates, Dr. Yoo Ri Ta.

Ji-sang wows his coworkers with his surgical skills. The new director, Jae-wook, seems pleased with Ji-sang’s reaction to seeing a patient’s blood.

Ji-sang’s inhibitors are secretly switched. Jae-wook establishes the New Drug Development Headquarters and gathers patients for Ward 21A.

Ji Sang grows worried that the effects of his medication are beginning to wane. The New Drug Development Team is brought onboard, much to the hospital staff's annoyance.

Hyun-woo discovers that the injection is the same drug that killed Ji-sang’s mother. Ji-sang recovers and challenges the mysterious men to a fight.

After learning that he isn't the only one infected with his rare disease, Ji Sang strikes a curious bond with Jae Wook.

Ri Ta and Ji Sang are suspicious of the New Drug Development Team's shady actions.
