As family and friends say farewell to Gerard de Boer, his wife Deborah is nowhere to be seen. Bas and Kim search their house looking for money to pay the bills. A stranger sees an emotional Deborah walking and offers her refuge. While an acquaintance of her forges a plan with Lars to find her.

Bas his friends are being pressured while he spends his mother's money. His friends have to keep their mouth shut in order to survive, what looks like to be an impossible task. Valerie starts investigating to find Deborah. Thomas and Jacqueline are surprised by good news.

Bas and Kim organize a house party for their friends, when a stranger appears at their doorstep. Nikolaos is sent to fulfill a dangerous assignment which proves to be more difficult than he suspected. Deborah gets threatened and Herman makes a deal.

Kim drinks too much which brings huge consequences with it. Lars and Vera forge a plan together while Kevin puts in a good word for Bas. Jacqueline trusts Valerie with key information. Bas is spiraling out of control while Kevin, Jeroen and Nikolaos worry.

Kim tries to adjust to her situation and falls in love. While Deborah visits a relative and gets much more at ease in Belgium. Bas swings by Valerie's house for some answers after a strange happening. Jacqueline does the same at Frederique's.

Deborah gets blackmailed, she doesn't feel safe anymore and tries to contact Jacqueline to vent her heart out, while being checked by the police. Bas is looking for more answers at Frederique's after spiraling for the second time. Herman stays a night away from home.

The battle between Lars and Deborah reaches it's peak. Nikolaos finally admits his feelings to Bas. Jacqueline helps a friend out. Bas and Kim are reunited once more. Their friends are having a party at Frederique's when an unwanted guest appears. Where is Bas?
