The Brawlers have returned to Earth and are back battling inside the expanded and awesome Bakugan Interspace. With an influx of new participants there is no shortage of battlers vying for Dan's number one ranking, which finds him being challenged at every turn. Adding to our hero's woes is the evil masked man who haunts his dreams each night, demanding that he "surrender his power". As Dan prepares to fight his latest challenger, he struggles with visions of his demonic tormentor, unaware that they are linked to the incredible display of power that Drago is about to ...

Dan and Drago begin a rigorous training regimen as they attempt to get Drago's newly inherited powers under control. During one of the rounds Drago is hit by another mysterious vision and the energy begins to seep from his body. Soon it forms a new, giant Bakugan, which identifies itself as Zenthon Mechtogan. Almost as quickly as it appears, the new creation vanishes, teleporting itself inside Bakugan Interspace where it proceeds to wreak havoc.

Dan and Drago continue to be evasive with their teammates as they try and figure out the link between Code Eve's powers and the birth of the Mechtogan, Zenthon. Meanwhile, their popularity in Bakugan Interspace begins to wane as the fans turn their support to Anubias and Sellon. When the pair is challenged to a battle by Anubias, they accept and quickly find themselves struggling to control Drago's new powers. As the energy threatens to erupt once more, Dan faces the reality, that losing may be the only safe way out.

Marucho and Shun discover that Dan and Drago have been practicing in secret, which leads to the revelation that Zenthon was born of Drago's new powers. Before they can confront Dan further, he's challenged to a battle by Sellon. Concerned that Drago may lose control and Zenthon will reappear, Shun talks Dan into a tag team match. Unfortunately, it soon becomes clear, that an extra team member may not be enough to keep Drago's mighty powers in check.

A pair of lowly battlers named Dion and Lucas are gifted a trio of mysterious Bakugan that, unbeknownst to them, have come from the evil Mag Mel. Now under the influence of his dark powers, they storm Bakugan Interspace!

After his latest victory over Sellon, Anubias is slated to face Dan for the title of Bakugan Interspace Champion. Still concerned with Drago's lack of control over his powers Shun and Marucho try and talk Dan out of battling but he refuses. As the match gets underway, both Dan and Drago suffer from hallucinations in which they believe they are actually fighting Mag Mel and Razenoid. This causes Drago to summon every ounce of his power, which immediately puts everyone in proximity in peril. As things star to get crazy, Shun tries desperately to snap his teammates out ...

After the epic battle with Anubias, Dan and Drago go AWOL. The fans are now clamouring for more intense battle action and the new BakuNano technology is introduced to cause maximum damage. Shun steps in to rescue Marucho from being taken down.

With Dan gone, Shun assumes leadership of the Battle Brawlers. When Shun joins a Battle Royale in an attempt to control the chaos, he is rescued by two mysterious battlers!

Marucho works out a plan with his father to exit Bakugan Interspace before the deletion program destroys it for good. But will they make it out on time when a giant swarm of Choas Bakugan attack?

Dan and Drago try to solve the identity of the mysterious masked entity haunting their dark visions. Meanwhile, Marucho teaches Paige and Rafe a lesson about strategy.

In a fierce battle against Sellon on Neathia; Dan and Drago summon Mechtogan Zenthon for help. But they get more than they bargained for when a Mechtogan Titan appears!

Dan and Drago return from New Vestroia to help the Battle Brawlers defend Interspace from the rampaging Caos Bakugan. A familiar face from the past shows up just in time to lend a much-needed hand.

Under Marucho's leadership the Brawlers attempt to delete the Chaos Bakugan from Interspace. Dan and Drago make an appearance with Zenthon but are unable to control the Mechtogan.

The Battle Brawlers race to the aid of their old friends Ren, Fabia and Nurzak on Gundalia. With the Chaos Bakugan destroying Gundalia there is precious time to loose! Dan's link with Mag Mel puts the Brawlers in jeopardy.

Dan and Drago strike out on their own to confront Mag Mel. Shun gives chase and tries to stop him. The two teammates clash, but are interrupted by Anubias and Sellon. Dan and Shun must come together if there is a chance of defeating the real enemy!

Dan and Drago are face to face with Mag Mel and Razenoid and the two sides square off in a fierce battle. Drago has a close encounter with Razenoid that may irrevocably tip the scales in favour of evil and threaten the very existence of every living Bakugan.

The Brawlers race back to Earth and discover the Chaos Bakugan are destroying Bakugan Interspace. Anubias and Sellon reveal they are working with Mag Mel. The Brawlers are trapped in interspace and must find a way to escape!

A wave of Chaos Bakugan causes the Bawlers to split up to fend off the attack. Mid-battle Dan is summoned by Sellon who lures him with information about the link he shares with Mag Mel. The other Brawlers urge him not to go, but Dan needs to know the truth.

Dan receives what appears to be a distress call from Noah. Anubias announces that he is holding Noah hostage, and demands that Dan come and battle him. Dan accepts the challenge and a fierce battle ensues; playing directly into Mag Mel's clutches!

Dan attempts to link with Mag Mel again, but on a deeper level. One that will allow him to destroy his enemy once and for all; however, it's up to the rest of the Brawlers to keep the invading swarm of Chaos Bakugan at bay, long enough for him to succeed.

Marucho reveals his plan to completely delete Bakugan Interspace while his father and Kato work on an escape plan. The Brawlers round up the remaining battlers in Interspace and prepare to leave Interspace when a hoard of Chaos Bakugan suddenly appear. The Brawlers remain behind as the others escape when a mysterious Mechtogan appears and takes out the Chaos Bakugan. Spectra and Helios arrive and give time for everyone else to escape, but are caught in the deletion process! When they arrive back on Earth, they discover a mysterious dark moon in the sky. Dan and the others have arrived safely on earth to find a mysterious dark moon in the sky. Razenoid and Mag Mel have send mechtogan titans of five different attributes to destroy the earths core. And also have send the people of earth to the dark side of Earth. Dan tells everyone to split up and destroy the mechtogan titans. Afterwards spectra shows up and helps Dan to fight Razenoid and Mag Mel, Shun, Dan, Spectra, exchange their bakugan bodies. still they could not defeat Razenoid. when all hope was lost Marucho told Dan about the gate and the key about how they can...

The final battle continues with Dan and Mag Mel, while the others are fighting the remaining Bakugan, Mechtogan, and Mechtogan Titans on Earth. Razenoid and Drago continue to fight and Drago is about to get hit, but Zenthon and Zenthon Titan come to protect Dan and Drago. Mag Mel and Razenoid then summon Dreadeon and Razen Titan (called Dreadeon Titan) and they continue to fight. After Mag Mel's defeat at the hands of the Brawlers, peace reigns once again in the universe. All of the Bakugan have left New Vestroia and are living on Earth amongst the humans; but things quickly change with the arrival of four evil Mechtogan. Having escaped from the Doom Dimension and lead by Coredegon, they want to exterminate every last living Bakugan in order to bring about an era where Mechtogan rule. Of course, the Brawlers have something to say about this and immediately put up a fight, but this time they may be outnumbered and out powered. Luckily Dan and ...

Peace appears to have returned to Bakugan City after the Brawlers made short work of the invading Mechtogan; however it doesn't last long. A new foe by the name of Wiseman appears and starts wreaking havoc with his crew of Nonet Bakugan (evil Bakugans he has freed from the Doom Dimension). It seems that Wiseman is vehemently opposed to humans and Bakugan living together in harmony, so it's up to the Brawlers to rid their home of this new enemy threat. Fearful of another attack by Wiseman and his Mechtogans, the Brawlers ask Reptak to join Dan and Drago as their additional partner Bakugan. The offer upsets Reptak who feels that by accepting he will be turning his back on his true partner Gunz (who is still M.I.A.). In an attempt to calm him down, Dan and Drago agree to help Reptak search for his missing friend. Soon they find themselves ambushed by Wiseman and a ferocious battle ensues. Reptak finally admits to his teammates that he suspects Wiseman and Gunz are one and the same, as they continue to get pummeled by ...

Jaakor is visited by his two former students: Skytruss and Orbeum. It seems that many of the Bakugan are fearful of Wiseman and wish to return to the safety of New Vestroia. Skytruss and Orbeum have come to plead with Jaakor to return to New Vestroia with them, as they will need the protection of a Bakugan as mighty as him against any potential threat should Wiseman choose to follow them. Torn between his loyalty to Shun and his Bakugan brothers, Jaakor is faced with an impossible choice; but it's a decision he'll have to make quickly...because Wiseman has arrived ...

Wiseman returns to challenge the Dan and the gang. Mira develops new battle suits for the Brawler's bakugan but passes out due to exhaustion right when she's about to show them to use the suits. Wiseman's forces soon overpower the Brawler's forces and they can't access the new battle suits since Mira is in the hospital. Luckily a surprise blast from the past shows up to help save the day.

Julie and the Brawlers go to Bakugan Land, an amusment park that celebrates the friendship between humans and Bakugans. They're having a great time until Wiseman shows up to spoil their day. Julie tries to get to the bottom of what Wiseman's true motive is but he proves to be as elusive as ever. Bakugan Land becomes the staging ground for another epic battle between the Brawlers and Wiseman.

The Brawlers had all just given up hope of ever seeing Gunz again when suddenly he reappeared. Unfortunately he had no memory of what had happened to him during his disappearance. It wasn't long before things got crazy again with Wiseman and his Mechtogan showing up. The timing was so strange the Brawlers were starting to wonder if Reptak was right...was Wiseman really Gunz in disguise? One thing's for sure, the battle you're going to see is gonna totally blow your mind!

The Brawlers go on the hunt for Wiseman's hideout in an effort to trap him there. But Wiseman brings out the powerful Mechtogan Mechtavius Destroyer in a vicious battle against Dragonoid Destroyer.

With the clock counting down to Mechtavius Destroyer's dreaded return, the Brawlers find themselves missing a crucial member. Dragonoid Destroyer is still recuperating after the last battle and without a Mechtogan by their side, any chance of victory over Wiseman and his evil horde seems hopeless. Faced with no alternative, the Brawlers charge head on into battle and discover that even though Dragonoid Destroyer is sitting this one out...he still may be the one to save the day.

The Nonets begin to get curious about the true identity and motives of Wiseman. They find a hidden body that bears a striking resemblance to Wiseman and want answers. Meanwhile, Dan and the Brawlers try to take on the combined forces of the Nonets and struggle to overcome their might.

Gunz wakes up in his own worst nightmare and realizes that the evil ringleader Wiseman looks just like him! Can anyone help him remember what happened before Wiseman permanently steals his identity?

The Brawlers learn the origin of Wiseman. In what seems like their darkest hour, Gunz appears at the worst time, taking on the mantle of Wiseman and leading the Nonets.

The Brawlers are banished to the Doom Dimension, and the Nonets are being led by a new version of Wiseman, or maybe it's Gunz in disguise, no one really knows! The hardest part of the battle is going to be deciding who the Brawlers need to defeat first!

Still trapped in the Doom Dimension, the Brawlers find themselves face to face with Gunz and Betadron who are itching for a fight. Unable to negotiate a truce, the Brawlers decide to engage in battle, in hopes that a victory will allow them to return their focus to finding an escape route back to Earth. Meanwhile, in Bakugan City, Mechtavius Destroyer shows up and unleashes the first part of his master plan...Something so sinister and destructive it's beyond what anyone could have ever imagined.

After attacking Bakugan City, Mechtavius Destroyer invades New Vestroia. The Bakugan put up a brave fight but are no match for his strength. In the Doom Dimension Professor Worton presents a plan to the Brawlers for their escape.
