With mob boss Vito Rizzuto out of the picture, Declan takes matters into his own hands trusting no one but himself, killing off his competitors to take sole control of the drugs in Montreal by securing the docks and all drug shipments.

The preppy dressed twins Teresa and Christian Langana arrive from Italy with orders from their mob boss father to take control of the drugs in Montreal knowing they will have to go through Declan and stop at nothing to achieve their goal.

Declan is forced to take one of the Cosoletos after Teresa and Christian strike back.

Declan goes to send off his payment to the cartel, but unforeseen events change the course of his and Reggie's lives forever. Teresa and Christian work closer with Luca in their fentanyl business.

A devastating loss to Rose and the Sunwind family prompts Declan to help them, even though it threatens the existence of his presence in Montreal.

Domenic and Enzo are at odds over what to do about Valentina. Teresa and Christian make a deal outside the family that may fracture their work with Domenic forever.

Declan gives Enzo an ultimatum. Nellie receives the gift Declan promised her. Domenic reacts to his brother's betrayal and makes an offer to Teresa and Christian.

Declan gives Reggie a special gift. Enzo makes a deal with Nellie. Declan discovers Twix has been stealing from him and must decide how to deal with the bikers.
