Two women and a man start out their adult life with all good intentions to change the world and keep their love alive and vital, but as time shows them (and us) it's not that easy.

After his mother kills herself, Wallace Kirkman struggles in his relationships with the women in his life.

A celebration of the life of Zora Neale Hurston, who was born at the turn of the 20th Century and grew to be an important voice with her written portrayals of Black American life in the rural south of the 1930's and 40's, and the stories, songs and folklore that were her heritage and inspiration.

Three days in the life of the lover, Mother and Grandmother of Andre who has just died of AIDS.
