Alma returns after a bad fall vacation. Her best friend Tone has started hanging with a group of older girls. Will Alma be cool enough to get her best friend back?

Alma do he best to get the birthday party planned - it needs to be cool to impress Tone's new friends, so she needs her brother Aske not doing something embarrassing. Meanwhile Aske struggle with his own problem - a boner in class.

Alma is keen on impressing the girls by having a cool party. Her mom agree to give her the house on her own on one condition - that she get a photo of Alma and Aske together, so now all that is left is to get Aske to agree.

Aske and Alma has agreed to have separate parties. The separation cause problems for Alma, when the girls she invites only want to come if there's boys at the party.

It's the day before the party, and Alma really needs to use the toilet. When she's caught between a clogged toilet and the two major gossips Sara and Sofie, she asks Tone for help distracting Sara and Sofie.

Aske is stuck with his party outside, which Elias finds stupid. Meanwhile Alma does her best to prove to Tone's older friends that she can arrange a cool party.

Tone can't figure out how to handle her crush on Sif. When Sif suggest they skip classes, Tone gets a chance to flirt with her, but how do you flirt with another girl, without making a complete fool of yourself?

Aske overhears the girls talking about fit boys, so he decides that he needs to get bigger muscles. Luckily Elias is confident that he can make Aske into a "chopped buddy". His confidence drops a bit, when Aske challenge Carl.

Tone is tired of listening to Elias and his obsession with breasts. She struggle with her feelings for Sif, afraid she's not mature enough. Not having a tampon when she gets her menstruation in class, doesn't exactly boost her confidence. How will she ever get through this day?

Both of the twins struggle with hair issues - Alma with too much hair, and Aske feeling ashamed of his lack of hair.

Elias is annoyed that Carl is getting all the attention lately. In order to get the boys attention, Elias decides to fabricate details on what happened at his vacation, which initially works, but once started it can be difficult to stop.

Aske has a tough day. Will he be able to provide the dirty photo Carl has asked for and keep the secret, and why is their new biology teacher so fascinating?

While assisting Tone with packing for the school trip, Alma finds something hidden in the closet. When Sif invites Tone to the cinema, Alma goes along as third wheel - but fitting in is not easy.

It's time for the school trip, where there's no Sif. Alma hopes she can get some quality time with Tone. Aske is keen on sitting in front of the buss, so he can talk to the new biology teacher, but what should they talk about?

When Elias tell Aske that the teachers will be checking on the kids during the night, Aske fears that Trine might catch him with a boner. Meanwhile Elias has troubles getting the girls' attention.

Trying to divert the girls attention from Carl, Elias arrange a game of truth or dare, which makes Tone eye a chance for her to hook up Alma with Carl. But is that really what Alma wants, and will Elias be able to tell the truth?

Sif is coming to the cabin, so Tone comes up with an excuse not to go on the scary orienteering the teachers has arranged, causing Alma to be stuck with Sofie and Sara. Alma tries to hook up with Carl.

Aske is happy after he's gotten his first kiss. Will Elias be able to keep the secret behind the kiss, and is he really better at talking to the girls than Aske?

After the disaster at the cabin, Tone tries to avoid Sif, as she doesn't know how to tell her why she left. Aske needs some proper advise on talking to Sara, so he asks Tone for help.

Alma needs a new bra, and since she's not talking to Tone, she has to rely on advice from Sofie and Sara.

Alma is looking forward to her sleepover with Sofie and Sara, however their idea of what should happen on a sleepover is slightly different from the ones Alma used to have with Tone.

Aske has a crush on Sara, but how do you flirt during a geography test? Meanwhile Elias struggle keeping his focus on the school assignment.

Tone and her dad relieve her childhood while finding things to sell on the flea market. She struggle with her feelings, having lost both her best friend and her girlfriend, but pretend all is well.

When Sara asks Aske is she can come over, he needs to act fast. What does that kissing emoji mean? Will Elias be any help? Why is his dad suddenly so eager to get him to taste his ragout?

Alma has lost her braces and is looking forward to show the class, but no-one seems to notice. When Elias starts making fun of her, she decides to fight back, but making a fool of Elias is not easy.

Aske and Elias are having one of their movie nights. When Aske announce that he's invited Sara and Sofie, to make it a double-date, Elias seems to loose interest. Why is he suddenly more keen on doing the dishes than watching a movie?

Sif has invited Aske, Alma, Tone and Elias to her party. Aske and Alma have told their parents that it's just a movie night, however Elias behavior doesn't exactly aid that story

Alma, Aske, Elias and Tone show up at Sif's party, each with their own goal for the evening. They are caught by surprise when Sif announce that it's a pool party, since none of them have brought bathing suits.

It appears that Sif's party might become the party of the year. Aske manage to hook up with Sara, while Elias is busy trying to prove what a party maker he is, by competing with Carl. All while Sif tries to tell Tone something important.

Aske is trying to get over Sara, and he hope that bringing Elias along on the family ski trip, will make it a boys trip. With Alma around, Elias struggle with the boys only part, and suggest Aske go flirt with a girl at the ski rental.

Aske goes on a date with the cute girl from the store, but have a tough time avoiding the slopes. Meanwhile Alma receive a call from Tone, causing her to have second thoughts about her and Elias.

Finally having some alone time with Elias, Aske is hit by one catastrophe after another, causing him to end up alone on the slopes. What could possibly save the day?

Aske tries to cope with the fact that Elias might be dating his twin sister. Elias does his best to explain why he hasn't told Aske about it. Meanwhile Alma want to tell Tone about her and Elias, however Tone is not really in the mood.

Alma still haven't told Tone that she's dating Elias, so when they return to school, she and Elias decides to keep their relationship a secret. Elias struggle with pretending not to like Alma. Meanwhile Aske apply for a job at a bakery.

Tone has had enough of all the flirting and dating around her - it doesn't make it better when her dad starts flirting with her biology teacher. Alma still haven't told Tone the big secret about her and Elias.

Since staying at her dad's place is out of the picture, Tone breaks into a cottage, hoping to get some alone time with Alma. Alma is in a pickle since she really want to spend some time with Elias, and soon the cottage is full of people.

It's Aske's first day at the bakery and he's confident. That's until his dad starts to lecture him of how to behave and be professional.

Waking up after her first night sharing a bed with Elias, Alma has had an incident. What will Elias think if he discover the blood stains on the sheets?

Tone seeks comfort with Sif, since she feel's she's the only one that understand her. Alma and Elias spend the afternoon together, but she doesn't understand why Elias isn't keen on touching her - something he used to be bragging about.

It's the day of Aske and Alma's parents wedding anniversary. Aske still struggle with the thought of his sister and friend dating. To show Alma and Elias how awkward they behave he convince Kaya to pretend to be his girlfriend.

Aske's plan has failed, so he decides to confront Elias with him not sticking to their agreement. Will a punch in the face help, and what is up with the older generation's behavior at parties?
