Liu Ziguang's father was gone. He sadly left his hometown and got on a bus headed to an unknown destination. Ye Wanglong helped him on the bus. Together, they became good brothers and went to M looking for an opportunity to get rich. Accidentally, Ye joined the drug cartel of Mr. Colby and forced Liu to help him. He tried to escape but he was caught and been caged for four years.

Ye released Liu and then killed Colby, became the boss of the drug cartel. He began to develop the new-type drugs and made a lot of money. Liu found a job at a bar. He helped a boy whose name is A Se. He was mentally abnormal but was very loyal to Liu. The owner of the bar is Huang Zhenwu. He convinced Liu to be an asset, but he was exposed and dead after Liu gave him the information of one of Ye's clients. Later, Some narcs were trying to arrest Liu. He was forced to jump into the sea, but his head was hit by the rocks.

Liu was found on a beach in Xihai. He lost about eight years of his memory. He decided to go home. Meanwhile, in Jiangbei, a group of criminals were trying to kidnap Nie Chengcheng, the son of a rich businessman Nie Wanfeng. Hu Rong, the daughter of Huang were chasing after them. Liu accidentally witnessed everything. He saved the child and found himself can fight very well. What he didn't know is, Nie Wanfeng was actually Ye Wanglong.

Liu was treated like a criminal at the police station, but fortunately Uncle Guo, the friend of Liu' s father showed up. They went home together. Later, Hou Sihai ordered his men to threat Liu. Meanwhile, A Se found Liu. Together, they drove them away, but Liu didn't have any memories of A Se. Hu took him back to the station and took care of him. Also, as the relationship between Hu and Liu got a lot closer, she started to trust this mysterious man.

Bei and Zhuo were abducted by Sun. Liu was forced to fight but in the end, he beat all of Sun's men down and saved his friends. That made him forgot his date with Hu to find his lost memories and found that Li Jianguo might be in some serious troubles. Meanwhile, Nie knew that Hou was the guy who kidnapped his son so he invited him to join Chengcheng's birthday party and warned him. Later, Nie decided to meet Liu after so many days. Also, Han and Hu Yuejin are still worrying about Huang.

Nie met Liu and invited him for a meal. Liu didn't remember him for a little bit and borrowed one hundred thousand yuan cash to help Li. Together, Liu, Bei, Zhuo and Li reopened the diner but later Hou went for troubles. Liu convinced him with a reasonable speech and made him really awkward. Later, Li Wan, the daughter of the owner of Zhengcheng Group and also the schoolmate of Hu stood on a roof for fun after a disappointed love. She accidentally fell off and Liu saved her just in a few seconds. She was grateful and decided to get close to the man.

Liu knew that their opponent was Long Shaoping, Hou Sihai's man. They are going to do whatever they can to stop them. Meanwhile, Hou knew that Liu was with Li.
