The wife of a man traveling on business for a large drug company learns that her husband has died while on a business trip.

An international conspiracy seems to be behind the death of Sarah's husband.

Sarah learns that the deaths of both her husbands may be connected.

The conspirators behind the blackmail and deaths begin to panic as links to the murders come into focus.

Sarah buries her husband and attends the funeral of the drug company's security head, where she confronts Dr. Hoffman, whom she believes is behind the string of deaths.

As the investigation into the international conspiracy is shut down, Sarah and DS Byrne continue to dig into the cause of the many deaths connected to the drug company, which seem to be connected to a plot of land owned by the company.
