Belief in the zombie epidemic is getting stronger. In the prison, the new guards find out that there are women among the prisoners. In Severny, prisoners and a convoy are trying to stage a coup, plotting to take power in the village into their own hands.

In the zone, several actors find a diamond working. The guards, having listened to the radio, escape from prison, and with them most of the actors. Control over the village of Severny passes to convicts and escorts.

The chiefs of the Severny village with a convoy of former prisoners are sent to the Ensk zone, over which the psychic took control with his followers.
