Shellita (Frank) Boxie of Louisiana, was raised in Opelousas by her parents Edith Frank Gray;the woman who gave her fire and Edward Fredrick Gray, her biggest fan. She knew early in life being inside the television box was where she belonged and was determined to make it happen. She attended the Historical K-12 Plaisance High School where she participated and lettered in every Athletic,Academic and Music program offered.Shellita moved to Central Florida a few years after high school when she realized making her dreams come true meant leaving home. With a promise to continue her post secondary education and her mothers prayers, she relocated to what was known as Hollywood East,the Sunshine State of Florida. With her athletic background and continued passion for fitness,it was not long before she was delivering lines on screen and in commercials as an actor but she almost simultaneously begin running,jumping, ducking and falling off screen as a stunt performer/double. She earned an AA Degree from Valencia College and a BA Degree from the University of Central Florida and owns and operates a fitness,film and entertainment company with her daughter Alana Boxie .
