Jan Saebyuk is an orphan living with her best friend, Bokjoo, in Seoul. The Kim family has just lost their precious daughter in a car accident, and the father, Kim Daejin doesn't know how to tell his wife, Oh Youngsook. The Kang family celebrates the return of their son Kang Hose from the United States.

Saebyuk finds out that her cornea was donated to her by Kim Nayoung, the late daughter of the Kim family. Meanwhile, Ban Soyoung is beginning to suspect that her daughter, Ban Yoonhee, has a crush on one of her teachers, Kim Taeyoung.

Kim Taepoong has wrecked Saebyuk's scooter and framed Hose for it. Now Saebyuk is demanding money from Hose. Meanwhile, the Kim family tries to find Taepoong a job at the Kang family's company, Lohas. But Taepoong's pride, and issues with Hose, get in the way.

Youngsook is starting to grow suspicious about Nayoung. Saebyuk is desperate to find Hose and make him pay her for the scooter. Coming back from Japan, Hose meets the Kim family's niece, Kim Soobin.

Saebyuk has been trying to find a way to thank the Kim family for Nayoung's cornea. Meanwhile, Soyoung stalks Yoonhee to find out who she has a crush on.

Daejin's new moving business has just opened up, Poong Express, named after his youngest son, Taepoong. Meanwhile, thanks to Saebyuk's sudden appearance at their home, the rest of the Kim family finally find out about Nayoung's death.

Youngsook is finding it hard to cope with Nayoung's death. Meanwhile, ashamed of what she's done to the Kim family, Saebyuk accidentally takes Soobin's purse, mistaking it for her own. Now she has to give it back.

Because of Nayoung's death, Youngsook doesn't show up to work. Furious, Soyoung's mother, Lee Hwaran, tells Soyoung to fire her. Meanwhile, Saebyuk and Bokjoo are moving to a new apartment.

The moving company that Saebyuk called just happens to be Poong Express. Because she reminds her of Nayoung, Youngsook tells the rest of the family not to see her again. Also, Soobin and Hose meet again. Falling for him, Soobin plans to make sure that they meet a third time.

Soobin's mother, Hong Yeongshil, is trying to set her daughter up on a blind date. Worried that this will affect her seeing Hose again, Soobin asks Saebyuk to go on the date for her as an apology for losing her bag. But unknown to both, the bland date is, in fact, Hose.

A young man, name Nam Gyeongwoo, arrives at the Kim house, claiming he was in the car with Nayoung the night she died. Daegu and Chilbok agree to cancel the wedding. Soobin is beginning to really panic.

Hose finds Soobin, about to commit suicide, and tries to talk her into going home. Meanwhile, Taepoong and Gyeongwoo decide to keep Saebyuk's involvement in Nayoung's death a secret from everyone for the time being.

Yeonshil overhears Taepoong and Taeyoung talking about Saebyuk and Nayoung's death. She decides to investigate, herself. Soyoung's lie about being pregnant is getting bigger. Now the whole family believes it.

Soobin exposes Hose and Saebyuk's relationship to the staff and Hose finally announces the cancellation of the wedding to the public. Meanwhile, Yeonshil continues to investigate Nayoung's accident.

Hose's announcement for canceling the wedding has put a huge dent in the companies future, as well as the careers of both himself and Saebyuk. Now the parents must decide what to do.

Unable to see Soobin hurt now that the marriage is canceled, Yeonshil plans to destroy Saebyuk by telling the rest of the family the truth about Nayoung's accident. Also, Soyoung finally tells Poonggeum that she's not pregnant.

Now that Soobin knows about the secret of Nayoung's accident, she decides whether or not to tell the rest of the family. Hose is going to America and he asks Saebyuk to join him. Taeyoung and Soyoung try their best to make up for the pregnancy lie.

It's Chuseok, the day of the ancestors. Just for today, the Kim family decides to put aside their issues.

It's Hose's last day before going off to America. He decides to spend it with Saebyuk. Meanwhile, the rest of the family finally finds out about Saebyuk's involvement in Nayoung's death.

Saebyuk now knows that she caused Nayoung's accident and the entire family is confused about their feeling toward her.

Brokenhearted, Saebyuk plans to run. Meanwhile, Yuri gets ready for her big break as a model.

Saebyuk has runaway and no one knows where she is.

There has been no news from Saebyuk and the family is worried. Hose comes back to Korea to help find her. Meanwhile, Yuri's modeling career isn't as glamorous as she had hoped. Especially if her mom finds out.

As Hose continues the search for Saebyuk, Soyoung's screenplay is sold to make a movie. Also, Daegu withdraws from the race for mayor.

Hose finally finds Saebyuk and tries to convince her to return home. Meanwhile, Daegu's choice to drop out of the campaign for mayor has driven Yeonshil and Daegu to divorce.

Saebyuk and Hose go on a getaway. Furious about her mother, Yuri runs away and asks Taepoong for help.

With Saebyuk still gone, the staff at Lohas is falling behind on work. So Soobin joins the hunt for her as well. Also, Yeonshil and Daegu's divorce is about to be filed.

Soobin has found out that Hose is back in Korea and tells Minjung. Meanwhile, after punishing Yuri, Minjung tries to find out the identity of the mysterious boy the Yuri's been seeing. Could Taepoong be in trouble?

The police have located Saebyuk in Sokcho. Taepoong and Taeyoung head out to find her. But Minjung knows that Hose is in Sokcho as well. Who will reach Saebyuk and Hose first?

Saebyuk and Hose return! But Saebyuk is afraid to go home and agrees to live with Hwaran and Yoonhee for the time being. Meanwhile, Yuri realizes that the modeling agency isn't what she expected.

Hose wants to marry Saebyuk, but both families disapprove. Also, Chilbok's younger brother Kang Charles comes for a visit.

Minjung is determined to make sure that Hose and Saebyuk don't see each other anymore. Meanwhile, Saebyuk looks for a new job.

Saebyuk comes home! Also, for revenge on the Kim family Minjung forces Chilbok to terminate his contract with Poong Express.

Daejin and Sunjeong give Hose their blessing marry Saebyuk. Meanwhile, a rival company has supposedly stolen Saebyuk's idea from Lohas. Since Saebyuk applied for a job at the company, Soobin suspects her of being a snitch.

Saebyuk is brought in for questioning on the leak from Lohas. Still not knowing about the divorce, Daejin sees Yeonshil with Charles and believes she's having an affair. Meanwhile, Yuri's modeling photos are leaked on the Internet.

Chilbok gives Saebyuk one week to find the impostor that leaked Lohas' idea, or she can never see Hose again. Also, Minjung finally finds out that the mysterious man that Yuri's been seeing is Taepoong.

Yuri seeks refuge at the Kim family house when she's kicked out of her own. The Kim family finally find out about her and Taepoong. Meanwhile, Saebyuk's plan to catch the Lohas snitch is working well, so far.

Saebyuk has two days left to find the Lohas spy. When Minjung finds Yuri at the Kim family's home, her rage over them grows even larger. Also, Soobin finally finds out about her parents' divorce.

As a "thank you" for catching the Lohas snitch, Chilbok invites Saebyuk to dinner. Has his opinion of her changed? Minjung sees Poong Express' debts as an advantage for her revenge. Also, Poonggeum finally finds out about Saebyuk and Hose.

Hose and Saebyuk finally have Chilbok's approval to get married. The Kim family has found out about Yeonshil and Daegu's divorce. Also, their debts are growing larger.

Minjung pulls every string she's got to make sure the Kim family doesn't meet their loans. Also, Daegu is beginning to grow jealous, seeing Yeonshil with Charles.

Minjung is out to make sure that the Kim family suffers hard. Because of all the intensity and stress between the two families, Daejin and Youngsook are beginning to lose faith in the possibility of Hose and Saebyuk's marriage.

Desperate not to lose Saebyuk, Hose decides to get married within the month. But Daejin has lost his faith in the marriage completely. Also, everyone else thinks it's a bad idea with Minjung's permission. How will they persuade her?

Hose announces his intention to marry Saebyuk without his mother's content if he has to. Furious, Minjung plans to cut Hose off from the family fortune, completely.

Minjung makes one last desperate move to make sure that Hose and Saebyuk don't get married. Meanwhile, Poonggeum tries her best to get Yeonshil and Daegu back together.

Saebyuk breaks up with Hose. Meanwhile, to make sure her mother has no choice but to let her marry Taepoong, Yuri tells her that she's pregnant.

Hose tries desperately to hold onto Saebyuk. Daegu's interferences with Yeonshil and Charles are leading Yeonshil to the fact that maybe he still loves her. Also, Youngsook finds out about Taepoong and Yuri dating.

Minjung finally caves in. But only to Yuri and Taepoong's marriage. Now she tries to convince the Kim family to accept. Meanwhile, Hose is still trying his hardest to get back with Saebyuk.

Minjung tells Chilbok about Yuri's pregnancy and tries to persuade him into helping her get the Kim's approval for Yuri and Taepoong's wedding. Meanwhile, Saebyuk continues to suffer from her breakup with Hose.

Hose has found out about his mother accepting Yuri and Taepoong's marriage. Furious, he makes another desperate move to marry Saebyuk, first. Meanwhile, Yuri continues to try to get the Kim family's approval.

Minjung is beginning to realize that she may have judged Saebyuk too soon. Daegu tries his best to warn Yeonshil about Charles being a scam artist. Also, the Kim family is beginning to reconsider accepting Yuri and Taepoong's marriage.

Everyone has accepted Yuri and Taepoong's marriage except Youngsook. Soobin tries to get her parents back together. Also, Hose finally gives up and tries to move on from Saebyuk.

After overhearing about Yuri's pregnancy, Youngsook finally accepts the marriage. But there is a catch. Meanwhile, Gyeongwoo and Saebyuk are spending a lot of time together, which is making both Soobin and Hose jealous.

It's the day of the wedding! Yuri is beginning to get cold feet.

Yuri runs away from her wedding! Not knowing this, Soobin sees Taepoong and Yuri's marriage as a chance to make Hose and Saebyuk suffer.

Yuri and Taepoong finally tell the families that the pregnancy was a lie. Now both have been kicked out of their houses. On a brighter note, Taeyoung may have finally found a job as a professor.

After hearing about the failure of the wedding, Saebyuk and Hose see this as their chance to get back together. A mysterious woman has come back into Charles's life, pregnant with his baby. Also, Yoonhee has gone missing and Soyoung is worried.

Chilbok invites Saebyuk to the house for his birthday. How will Minjung react? Also, Yoonhee has returned and Yeonshil plans to go to Africa with Charles.

Furious with Chilbok inviting Saebyuk to the birthday dinner, Minjung walks out. Soyoung finds out that Yoonhee was actually looking for her birth father. Also, Poong Express finally closes down.

Saebyuk goes to talk to Minjung by herself, to try and get her to accept her. Hose does the same with the Kim family. Meanwhile, Yeonshil tries to find a way to get her money back from Charles, and because she misses Yoonhee, Soyoung decides it's time that she and Taeyoung move out.

Minjung finally approves of Hose and Saebyuk's wedding!!!!! But she's taking charge of everything. The Kim family gives Yoonhee and party to wish her luck on her exams. Gyeongwoo is planning on going back to Africa, how will this effect Soobin?

Saebyuk goes to Sokcho to bring back her medical and life records from her old orphanage, for Minjung. Meanwhile, Minjung is making life hard for the Kim family. Also, Yeonshil tries desperately to get her money back from Charles by going to the Kang family, and a strange man is stalking Saebyuk.

Minjung wants Saebyuk to move in so she and teach her how to be proper. Hwaran asks the Kim family to help with her expanding business. Also, Gyeongwoo asks Soobin to accompany him to Africa. Sorry for what Charles did to Yeonshil, Chilbok gives her the $300,000.

It's the eve of the wedding and Saebyuk receives her Hahm. Taeyoung fails to receive his job as a professor. Yeonshil has become very sick. Also, Jo Sangki, Saebyuk's mysterious stalker, claims he knows Saebyuk's birth parents.

Saebyuk and Hose finally get married!!!!!! But when Saebyuk loses her passport, they have to postpone the honeymoon for awhile. Meanwhile, a mysterious woman, who seems to have hired Sangki to find Saebyuk, arrives in Korea.

The Kim family try to figure out who paid the wedding expenses. Minjung has found out that Saebyuk and Bokjoo are best friends and kicks Bokjoo out. Now Bokjoo is planning to move back to Jeju. Also, Yeonshil fears she may have stomach cancer.

The mysterious woman, Jeong Miok, is a friend of Saebyuk's birth parents, who have both passed on. Also, Saebyuk's real name is Kim Soojin. Meanwhile, Yeonshil prepares her bucket list.

Sangki blackmails Miok into giving him more money or he'll tell Saebyuk the truth about her birth parents. Also, he finds out that Yoonhee is his own daughter. Meanwhile, the Kim and Ban families celebrate their new business together, and Yeonshil decides it's time to show the families that she can be a good person.

Miok confesses that Saebyuk's birth parents actually abandoned her. Yeonshil discovers that she doesn't have cancer, she's pregnant! Sangki tries to meet Yoonhee. Also, Miok moves into the Kim house so she can get to know Saebyuk a bit more.

Minjung is overworking Saebyuk. The Kim and Ban families start to promote their new business. Happy about the pregnancy, Daegu is waiting on Yeonshil hand and foot. But Soobin doesn't know how to take it.

Miok tries to make sure that Saebyuk is well taken care of. Sangki tries to make up for being absent in Yoonhee's life. Soobin decides to go to Africa with Gyeongwoo.

Saebyuk returns to work, against Minjung's wishes. Because of the bad economy, Lohas has to let some employees go. Jang Pan Jae is one of them. A couple of Minjung's friends catch Chilbok with Miok and believe he's having an affair. Yeonshil refuses to let Soobin go to Africa with Gyeongwoo.

Moik is Saebyuk's actual birth mother!!! But the family doesn't know how to tell Saebyuk. Minjung makes a very tight schedule for Saebyuk and expects her to keep to it. Soobin prepares to go to Africa.

Minjung sees Chilbok with Miok and believes he is having an affair. Soobin feels guilty about leaving for Africa so soon and decides not to go. Hose finds out about Miok being Saebyuk's real mother.

Saebyuk is beginning to suspect that the family knows something that she doesn't. Sangki spends the day with Yoonhee. Miok plans to go back to America, but before she goes, she wants to throw a birthday dinner for Saebyuk, because her birthday is tomorrow.

Saebyuk finds out that Miok is her real mother! Miok vows to make it up to her. Meanwhile, Yeonshil tries to get the deed to the Kim house back.

Saebyuk refuses to believe that Miok is her mother. She demands a DNA test. The rest of the family finds out about Yeonshil's pregnancy. Minjung is making Saebyuk suffer more and more. Also, because Sangki rescued her from the police station, Yoonhee is beginning to accept him.

Because of a misunderstanding of orders, Saebyuk wants to make it up to Minjung. So the two plan to have dinner together. But Saebyuk also has to have the DNA test. Meanwhile, Sangki tries to make amends with Soyoung. But Taeyoung believes it's something more.

Because of a dinner party, Minjung needs all the help she can get, so Youngsook volunteers. Also, Sangki wants to get back together with Soyoung, and Miok is missing.

Hose tries to take his mothers side more often in public and Saebyuk's side in private to to help Minjung and Saebyuk's relationship. It seems to work. Yeonshil takes advantage of being pregnant by making Daegu her slave. Also, Yoonhee's grades are declining.

When Minjung overhears that Hose and Saebyuk had put on an act in front of her, she throws Saebyuk out into the snow. Sangki tries to came between Soyoung and Taeyoung. Also, Miok returns.

Furious with Saebyuk getting kicked out, Youngshil brings her home and forbids her from seeing Hose. Also, Miok decides to cancel her deal with Lohas until Minjung apologies.

The test samples are back, Miok is really Saebyuk's mother! Lohas is going under and Miok won't help until Minjung apologies to Saebyuk. Also, Soyoung's pregnant!!!!!!!!!!

Miok sees Lohas' downfall as an opportunity to make Minjung apologies to Saebyuk. Also, Soyoung finds out that Taeyoung never got the job as a professor.

Miok signs the deal with Lohas! But she wants Hose and Saebyuk to move to America. Sangki gets thrown out after purposefully exposing that Taeyoung isn't a professor. After accidentally falling down the stairs, Yeonshil loses her baby. On a brighter note, Soyoung tells Taeyoung that she's pregnant.

Minjung ends up in a car accident and is sent to the hospital. The Kim family finally finds out that Sangki is Yoonhee's real father. Also, Yeonshil copes with the loss of her baby.

Minjung uses her sickness as an advantage to keep Hose away from Saebyuk. Meanwhile, Youngsook finds out about Soyoung's pregnancy, and Poonggeum finds out about Yeonshil's miscarriage.

Miok has requested that both Hose and Saebyuk go with her to America for three months. But because of Minjung's illness, Hose decides to stay behind. Yoonhee kicks Sangki out into the streets. Also, the rest of the Kim and Ban families find out about Soyoung's pregnancy.

The rest of the Kang family now knows that Minjung was faking her illness. As a result, Hose decides to go with Saebyuk and Miok to America, but Minjung is desperate to make sure that doesn't happen. Meanwhile, after Taeyoung and Soyoung find Sangki frozen on the streets, Yoonhee blames herself.

Minjung has chronic leukemia. Yeonshil and Daegu volunteer to take care of an infant for the loss of their own baby. Also, Taeyoung secretly arranges a dinner for Soyoung, Yoonhee, and Sangki.

For his mother's sake, Hose asks Saebyuk for a divorce!!! But Saebyuk refuses and tries to be a better daughter-in-law and wife. Meanwhile, Lohas' new deal has come to a sudden close, now Chilbok and Minjung try to figure out what to do.

Miok is now the stockholder for Lohas and has control over Chilbok and Minjung. But Minjung refuses to go down without a fight. Meanwhile, Taeyoung finally has a job interview for a professor position, and Yeonshil is in a feud with her new kid.

Hose finally tells Minjung that she has leukemia. Taeyoung prepares for his interview, but his nausea may get in the way. Meanwhile, Youngsook arranges a date for Miok and Saebyuk.

The Kim family and Yoonhee volunteer as bone morrow donors for Minjung. Meanwhile, Miok has leukemia as well and is sent to the hospital, and Yeonshil and Daegu's new kid runs away.

Saebyuk's bone marrow matches Minjung's, but Minjung won't accept it. Meanwhile, Youngsook finds out about Miok's leukemia, but Miok begs her to keep it a secret from Saebyuk. Meanwhile, Miok plans to buy every stock that Lohas has left, and Yeonshil and Daegu discover something new about their new kid's past.

Saebyuk's bone marrow also matches Miok's. But since Minjung's sister can't donate, Saebyuk decides to give her donation to her. Meanwhile, Lohas' stocks are dropping thanks to Miok, and Taeyoung prepares for another interview.

The families celebrate New Years Day. Yeonshil and Daegu will soon have to say goodbye to their kid as he goes of with his foster parents. Meanwhile, Saebyuk finds out about Miok's leukemia.

Saebyuk realizes that her bone marrow was supposed to go to Miok before she canceled. Now she's confused as to who should get it. She decides to spend the day with Miok.

Miok believes it's best for Saebyuk to give her bone marrow to Minjung. The donation will be very soon. Missing Bokdong, Yeoshil and Daegu decide to take care of another child temporarily.

The transfer was a complete success! One month later, Minjung is released. But But is shocked when she finds out that it was Saebyuk's bone marrow and not her sister's. Meanwhile, Yeonshil and Daegu decide to adopt Bokdong.

After Minjung learns that Saebyuk chose to save her life over Miok's, she vows to help save Miok. Meanwhile, Chilbok is about to be fired as Lohas President unless Lohas rates start to pick up, and Yoonhee gets accepted into the University of Korea.

Minjung goes to America to convince her sister to donate her bone marrow to Miok. Meanwhile, Miok is getting worse. Also, Chilbok's job is saved, thanks to Saebyuk, and Yeonshil and Daegu officially welcome Bokdong into their family.

Miok dies and leaves behind inheritance for Saebyuk. The four families decide to start a foundation for people to donate corneas to the blind.
