Episode 1 of Whiskey and Wings follows wing aficionados Mike and Dr. G to the great city of New Orleans as they visit Seven-Three distilling and sample their award-winning spirits. After an interview with Head Distiller Erik Morningstar and General Manager Tristan Johnson, the two face off as they see who can make the best wings to pair.

Episode 2 of Whiskey and Wings follows wing aficionados Mike and Dr. G to Weeki Wachee, Florida as they search for NJoy Spirits Distillery deep in the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area. Husband and Wife team Natalie Joy and Kevin Goff have built a wonderland on their 80 acres where they produce their award-winning spirits.

Episode 3 of Whiskey and Wings finds Mike and Dr. G in Chattanooga, TN. The two wing aficionados visit Chattanooga Whiskey Co. and meet with Co-Founder, Tim Piers, and Head Distiller, Grant McCraken as they tell the story of the company and their award-winning bourbons.

Mike and Dr. G go to Headland, Alabama for a visit to Gibson Distilling. The wing aficionados meet with owners Lloyd and Kay Keel to talk whiskey, flavor notes, and southern history before cooking up craft wings to pair.

Mike and Dr. G are in the town of Atmore, Alabama as they meet with Seth Dettling, the founder, and head distiller of Big Escambia Spirits. The wing gurus talk quality grains, entrepreneurship, and flavor notes before getting down to business and crafting chicken wings recipes to pair.

Episode six of Whiskey and Wings takes craft wing aficionados Mike and Dr. G to Ghost Coast Distillery in Savanna, Ga. They talk Georgia law, local history, cocktails, and flavor notes with Co-founders Rob Ingersoll and Chris Sywassink before cooking up some craft wings to pair with Ghost Coast's award-winning spirits.

Whiskey and Wings Episode 7 takes Craft Wing Aficionados Mike and Dr. G to the small town of Arlington, GA as they meet with Charles Jr. and Charlie Cowart, the owners of Still- Pond Distillery. The four talk local history, legacy, and moonshining while noting the unique and delicious qualities of Still Pond's famous Muscadine Moonshine and Bourbon Whiskey. Then the wing gurus craft their most mouth-watering wings yet. With only one episode to go in season 1 the competition is fierce.

Join Mike and Dr. G in the Whiskey and Wings Season Finale as they visit The St. Augustine Distillery in America's oldest city. The two wing aficionados meet with Co- Owner Mike Diaz and Head Distiller Lucas Smith to talk about historical restoration, community impact, and the production of the distillery's made-from-scratch spirits. They then team up and face off against St. Augustine Distillery's staff in the season's final cooking competition. Find out who will be reigning champion and cook along with the wing gurus in Episode 8 of Whiskey and Wings.

Join Mike as he whips up delicious cocktails using the spirits featured in the first season of Whiskey and Wings while Dr. G takes in the information and booze with you. This episode we are making the classic Whiskey Sour using the aged rice whiskey, Treme Alchemy, made by our friends at Seven-Three Distilling in New Orleans, LA.
