Due to her anger management issues while working at her previous team, Transportation Services, Han Yeo Reum is transferred to Passenger Services. However, she is late on her first day at work. When she comes in, she hears a coworker asking his superior why they should take in someone so troublesome.

After finding out that Soo Yeon has only been working at the airport for 4 months while she has worked for a year, Yeo Reum becomes enraged. She goes to Team Manager Yang Seo Goon and asks her how she could appoint him as her mentor. However, Seo Goon tells her that if it hurts her pride, she should do well at work because that is the only thing that matters.

Soo-Yeon his team has been transferred to Terminal 2. They will face new challenge there.

Yeo Reum and Soo Yeon get into an argument. She tells him that unlike him, many people including herself need to work their hardest in order for their superiors to recognize them. However, he tells her that she simply has a victim mentality and lacks self-awareness.

Soo Yeon tells Yeo Reum that he cannot feel pain in his right arm. After hearing this, Yeo Reum begins to become more and more curious about him and the story behind his painless arm. Meanwhile, Seo Goon's team moves from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2.

Words spread regarding a dispute between a passenger and Yeo Reum and a Security Team employee. Because the passenger got a scratch on her face, she has declared that she will sue the airport. No matter how much Yeo Reum tells the others that it was not their fault and that the passenger had attacked them first, she has a difficult time convincing them.

Man with a fake passport has been detained and his pregnant wife goes into labor.

Flight NA609 in bound to Seoul engine 1 failure due to fire. It is 15 miles to Incheon Airport. Full emergency alarm for any possibility.

Rumors about Yeo-Reum and Su-Yeon swirl around the T2 offices. Yeo-Reum new housemate is the one that she not expected.

Yeo-Reum meets her new housemate. A tourist refuse to pass through the security check point has been detained.

Yeong-Ju colleague come to her house for a surprise housewarming. In-U mishandles a security checkpoint incident. Su-Yeon tries to hold Yeo-Reum hand. Su-Yeon helps someone has been beaten by 3 people in the street.

Things Change for that Reason Lee Soo-Yeon is injured badly. Security Chief carries him to the restaurant where Han Yeo-reum's father lives. Han Yeo-reum is worried about Lee soo-Yeon and tries to contact him over phone. Han Yeo-reum takes care of Lee Soo-yeon. Security chief needs to complete investigation on Han Yeo-reum but torn between duty and emotions.

Su-Yeon reveals his arm to Chief Mu-Ja and asked him a favor. Su-Yeon confess his feeling to Yeo-Reum and asked her to date him. Yeong-Ju notices an elderly passenger waiting at the same spot for two hours.

Su-Yeon unable to meet Yeo-Reum due to arm malfunctions. Yeo-Reum runs into an old bully from high school. Dae-Ki loses his two-way radio when he tried to catch pickpocket.

Yeo-Reum refuse to help In-U to reconcile with Su-Yeon. Yeo-Reum face her old bully and give her a valuable lesson. Su-Yeon arm cause a problem.

Su-Yeon asked Yeo-Reum to give him some time because his insecure feeling about malfunctions arm. Some saw that U-Teak accepting bride. Yeo-Ream found Dae-Ki's radio

Now is turn for Yeo-Reum confess that she really like Su-Yeon. She willing to wait Su-Yeon as long as it takes.

Yeo-Reum has been injured while tried to involve the man with a knife. Su-Yeon take matters into his own hands. Yeo-Reum hospitalized because of the injuries.

Yeo-Reum and Su-Yeon go on double date with Yeong-Ju and Dae-Ki.

Su Yeon revealed his body support device to Yeo-Reum.

Su Yeon saw the man who beat his half brother. Mr Jang found something wrong with the Su Yeon device support and he might not able to complete the 1 one extension work in the airport.

Heavy fog cause a delay for many flights. Yeong-Ju and Yeo-Reum drinking together for the first time. Situation at the airport become busy as usual.

Yeo-Reum try help Su-Yeon to avoid him doing hard work but he sense something are not right. Yeo-Reum tries to persuade him to stop wearing the prosthetic.

Group of thugs tries to beat Su-Yeon. Eun-Sob asked Yeo-Reum to stay with him. Head of department received anonymous letter.

Eun-Sob found Su-Yeon before he almost fainted. Things are awkward between Yeong-Ju and Dae-Ki and he try to her about his feeling. Mr.Jo gangsters tries to kidnap Su-Yeon.

In-Woo has been kidnap while group about gangsters tries to kill Su-Yeon. In-Woo tries to negotiate with Mr Jo. Su-Yeon condition getting worst after the fight.

Soo Yeon submits a resignation after deciding to leave the airport. Yeo Reum is heartbroken to hear about it from Seo Goon and tries to hold back Soo Yeon from leaving. However, Soo Yeon seems persistent with his decision.
