Josh and Johnny's quest to find jobs led to an unexpected win, when Johnny's Swoop-N-Fook drink made millions in Russian. The only problem is, their trusty Russian spy friend Boris wasn't able to get the money from the corrupt government without taking it illegally, and now he's on the run. The boys have to find a way to get him back to America, which means teaming up with some unexpected allies.

Johnny's uncle, the politician named "Uncle," agreed to help the guys get Boris back from Russia, in exchange for helping him with his campaign. The guys run into the angry girl they met several months earlier and her friend, Girl #2, who are working for Uncle as well. The girls make a bet that if they raise more money than the guys, Josh and Johnny have to quit.
