Doctor octopus forms a New sinister six

After being saved by Scarlet Spider following Arnim Zola's takeover of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Tri-Carrier, Spider-Man must work with him to liberate Manhattan and his fellow students from HYDRA's clutches. Even when they save Agent Venom and Iron Spider, they must also undo transformations of the HYDRA Goblins, avoid Doctor Octopus and Kraven the Hunter, and defeat Arnim Zola.

After learning that Norman Osborn injected himself with an Anti-Goblin serum to prevent further transformations into Green Goblin following the last encounter, Doctor Octopus teams up with Baron Mordo and uses the Siege Perilous to pull the Ultimate Green Goblin from Miles Morales' universe into theirs so that HYDRA can be his master. Now Spider-Man and Miles have to work together with Doctor Strange to keep the demonic Goblin from using the Siege Perilous to destroy reality.

With the Siege Perilous destroyed in the aftermath of the fight with the Ultimate Green Goblin, Miles Morales is forced to stay in Spider-Man's reality until S.H.I.E.L.D. can find a way to get him and his world's Goblin back to their home, and Spider-Man works to keep him safe. After Norman Osborn becomes Iron Patriot, Spider-Man must help him when he is targeted by Doctor Octopus and Vulture.

After Spider-Man and the Web Warriors are told by Vulture that there is a spy among the other heroes, he and the Web Warriors work to find out who it is while Nova and Nick Fury are away on a secret mission. They test out the new training area that was designed by Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons, only to discover that the robots were sabotaged. Dr. Connors once again becomes Lizard and now sports a contagious bite that turns others into lizards. When everyone ends up infected, it's up to Spider-Man to stop the Lizard and cure everyone before the infection spreads out of ...

Spider-Man and Scarlet Spider must overcome Kraven in order to rescue their kidnapped teammate, Agent Venom.

As Spider-Man and Iron Spider pursue Vulture, their pursuit brings them to a nearby island where they discovered that Doctor Octopus has captured Sandman and has cloned him from his sand samples in order to find the "Ultimate Sandman" that would join his Sinister Six.

Spider-Man and Agent Venom have been cracking down at defeating possible Sinister Six recruits like Shocker, Grizzly, and Beetle. When Doctor Octopus (now paired up with Dr. Michael Morbius) has made an entirely new symbiotic that's corrosive to the original one, it takes control of Harry Osborn after he and and his team intervenes. The Anti-Venom symbiotic controls Harry into destroying Spider-Man and Agent Venom as the new Anti-Venom. Now Spider-Man and Agent Venom must work with Iron Patriot to free Harry from the Anti-Venom symbiotic.

While answering a distress signal that leads them to an abandoned mall in Queens during a drought, Spider-Man, Kid Arachnid, Iron Spider, and Scarlet Spider find a vacuum-sealed room where they unknowingly release Hydro-Man. When Hydro-Man causes the Spider-Jet to do an emergency landing in a Queens neighborhood where Aunt May is, the Web Warriors must find a way to defeat Hydro-Man as Scarlet Spider works to keep Aunt May out of harm's way.

After defeating Shriek, Spider-Man joins Flash Thompson, Amadeus Cho, Miles Morales, and Ben Reilly for Aunt May's birthday party. Things get worse when Doctor Octopus completes his Sinister Six upon assembling Kraven the Hunter, Ultimate Green Goblin, Rhino, Hydro-Man, and Electro where they attack the Triskelion. Even when most of the Sinister Six is defeated by the S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy students, Spider-Man is caught off guard when it turns out that there is a seventh member of Doctor Octopus' group that Spider-Man least suspects.

Now that Doctor Octopus knows Peter Parker's identity and revealed how he had taken in Scarlet Spider following the defeat of Kraven the Hunter, Ultimate Green Goblin, Rhino, and Electro, he prepares for his next plan of action which involved getting the key to Dr. Curt Connors' latest invention. As Spider-Man works to keep Aunt May safe, he also enlists Sandman to deal with Hydro-Man.

When a battered Nova ask for help finding Nick Fury, Spider-Man tracks into the dangerous ruins of an ancient city.

Michael Morbius steals a sample of the Venom symbiote off of Agent Venom as Crossbones orders him and a restrained Doctor Octopus to experiment with it. As Spider-Man and Agent Venom work to reclaim the Venom sample, the experiment enables the revival of the Carnage symbiote. Doctor Octopus uses a serum with vampire bat DNA in it to transforms Morbius into a white humanoid vampire bat as Doctor Octopus is infected by Carnage.

Carnage has been spread out the city and some of the superheroes Captain America, Luke, Iron fist, etc are trying to stop carnage. While Harry Osborn comes back as the anti-venom.

After the carnage was destroyed.Spider-man,Patriot and Agent venom were heading to clean up the city but unfortunately carnage returns and makes a way to mid town high where MJ is.Now its upto Peter,Harry and Flash to stop it from getting near MJ,while Morbius is trying to find "queen".

Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid head to alternate dimensions to collect the other pieces of the Siege Perilous, before unknown dangers can unfold.

Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid head to a Wild West Timeline, to find a piece from the Siege Perilous, where they run into Sherrif Doc Oc, who will stop at nothing to put them behind bars.

Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid travel into the Noir Timeline, in the hunt for the Siege Perilous, where they need to team up with Spider-Man Noir, and gangster Hulk, known as Fixit, in order to take down a new bad guy in control of a piece of the Siege Perilous, Mr Negative.

Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid are still in pursuit of the Siege Perilous shards. This time they wind up in Kid Arachnids Universe, where they run into a new spider who took up the mantel, Spider-Gwen. They need to find the shards before the "Wolf Spider" manages to get his hands on them.

It's Halloween, and Spider-Man is in for a treat. All the trick-or-treating kids have been turned into the real life versions of their costumes, and it's up to Spider-Man, Ant-Man and Doctor Strange to turn the city back to normal.

After getting caught off guard by an artificial Spider-Man look alike, Spider-Man teams up with an unlikely ally, in order to get to the bottom of who is trying to create an army of Spider-Men

Spider-Man, Doc Oc, and Scarlet Spider travel to the sunken hydra heli-carrier in search of Scarlet Spiders past

The Web Warriors and the Spider Slayers join forces to flush out a traitor on the tri-carrier who is attacking some of the other heroes, and destroying equipment.

While house sitting for Dr. Strange on Christmas Eve, Spidey teams with the mysterious Moon Knight to confront his own Ghost of Christmas Past.

Doctor Octopus threatens to harm Aunt May if Spidey ever puts on his mask again. Spider-Man must track down Doc Ock before he has a chance to put his plan into action..

Peter Parker must find a way to stop Doctor Octopus and the Superior Sinister Six from destroying all of the heroes in New York and taking over the world.
