During an arduous night shift the officers are put to the test. The unit has been expanded with new officers Fanny, Khalid, Olle and Osmond. And the new dynamics have also changed the nature of Sara and Magnus' relationship.

The country is in shock after the fire and politicians promise consequences. A new operation is initiated with the purpose of seeking up and dissolving illegal lodgings, something that proves to be especially hard for Sara.

Leah is under pressure from a stressful work environment and worsening financial situation. Sara is unsure whether Khalid considers her a good cop - or person. Emotions trouble Jesse as well, who does not know how to approach Fanny.

A series of mishaps from the police has damaged their reputation. For two education days their skills are put to the test, and both their professional competence and personal values are scrutinized.

A police-free zone is established by a group of activists in an abandoned building, and the police are unsure about how to respond to the initiative. The increasing pressure is also taking a toll on the personal relationships.

A group of animal rights activists terrorize a pig farmer. Sara bonds with a young activist in the group and tries to get her onto a different path. The police keep a close eye on the police-free zone where things are not without problems.

A dog has fallen into a well and the effort to save the pet becomes viral. All the while, another viral event puts Magnus in a tough spot, as harsh allegations are made against him in a newspaper article written by an old acquaintance.
