Ding Mao and Guo De-You follows the Master's advice in order to reveal the truth behind the murder of Ding Mao's father.

Guo De-You recruits Gu Ying to help him track the clandestine midwife who delivered the baby. Meanwhile, Ding Mao research the missing persons' archives, to identify the baby's family and find the connection with his father's murder.
