Rick makes a splash with the fishes at the Vancouver Aquarium and then tries his best to keep up with the Toronto FC soccer team.

Rick gets thrills and spills on the Upper Ottawa River with Liberal Leadership candidate Bob Rae.

Rick boards a mini-submarine in Egmont, BC where he finds strange creatures on the ocean floor. He then tries his hand as a cranberry farmer in Bala, Ontario.

Rick visits with Newfoundland and Labrador premier Danny Williams and flirts with a death wish when they go off-roading. Rick then tries out for Cirque du Soleil's production of Kooza in Montréal.

Rick tries his hand at being a cowpoke in Southern Alberta. He then joins the tactical unit of the Ottawa Police and repels off a bridge.

Rick visits Potash Corp in Allan, Saskatchewan. He then visits the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon where he takes it all off for a good cause.

Rick visits with Jean Chrétien and finds out the little guy from Shawinigan is still champ. He then visits Saint-Jérôme where he tries out the Canadian made ZENN car.

Rick wins a prize at a dog show in Kemptville, Ontario. He then visits with New Brunswick premier Shawn Graham at the Ganong chocolate factory in St. Stephen.

Rick goes postal with Canada Post as he pitches in and lends a hand. He then visits the Stratford Chefs School with actress Sheila McCarthy.
