The Doodlebops

A fan asks what is new so the band members decide to pick a new name for the band. However, everyone has a different name they like. Bus Driver Bob tells them he tried to pick a new name but ultimately decided his original name was best.

Robo-Moe is Rooney's new invention built so Moe can go to his drumming club meeting, while Robo-Moe attempts to sub for the whole day. Robo-Moe is flawed though. Rooney forgot to make him loud or messy. Soon Deedee and Rooney decide nothing can replace Moe.

Rhyming Jazzmin plays a game with the Doodlebops where they give her a word and she makes a rhyme with it. All is fine until Moe gives her the word "orange" which causes Jazzmin to lose her ability to rhyme.

Deedee likes pink so much, she makes a wish that everything she touches turns pink - which comes true. At first it is fun but it soon becomes an annoyance to Rooney and Moe followed by Deedee. The boys make a wish to undo all of it. Dee Dee decides to make everything pink to make the boys mad.

The chicken in Doodlebop Central seems to know the answers to everything. Green egg means yes and red egg means no. However, Jazzmin warns the Doodlebops and they learn later for themselves later to always think for themselves.

Jazzmin has a long list of tasks that Audio Murphy says he can complete for her by himself with no help. When the long list becomes too much for him to finish, he admits he can use help from the Doodlebops to complete it.

Moe has a model dinosaur kit to put together but refuses to use the instructions. Each of his attempts fail until he uses the instructions to get the model correct. The Doodlebops discuss and sing about reading and following instructions.

Jazzmin suggests they try a new style of music that requires a different set of instruments. They like the new style and Rooney and Moe readily take to their new instruments but Deedee is initially hesitant to play the accordion.

Moe takes several parts accumulated by Rooney and invents a machine to let things and people float. This makes Rooney, the inventor of the group, jealous. He tries to invent a machine to let you fly anywhere but only the machine flies.

It is Bus Driver Bob's birthday so they are planning a party. Unknown to them Bus Driver Bob has a twin brother Bus Driver Rob who has different tastes. He causes confusion as he hates birthdays and rock and roll but likes violin music.

The Doodlebops discover the difficulty of saying tongue twisters. Rooney and Deedee have trouble with them but Moe decides to say one at the concert. Jazzmin gives him one so difficult Moe becomes frazzled and has to learn to jump it off.

Jazzmin arrives with three toys for the Doodlebops. Each one picks out a toy to take starting with Moe. However, as Rooney and Deedee enjoy their toys, Moe keeps wanting to switch until Bus Driver Boy says be happy with what you have.

Jazzmin announces she is booking the Doodlebops on a world tour. Deedee is excited to go but Rooney and Moe are concerned about how they will live in other countries with different food, languages, etc. In the end they see it will be fun.
