A new school year begins. She is placed one year behind Bobby, who now has a new girlfriend.

She devises a ploy to break Bobby and his cheerleader girlfriend up.

Bobby's girlfriend breaks up with Bobby for other reasons. She befriends the goth kids.

Bobby is now single, but still not approaching her. She gets advice from one of her goth friends.

She dyed her hair blonde and auditions for the cheerleader squad.

She gets asked out by other people. Also, finds her AP Psychology teacher very attractive.

The psychology teacher uses her as an example in class.

She goes to Bobby's football game. Then Bobby asks her to go bowling.

She compares the layout of her school to that of the psychiatric ward.

Bobby gets back together with his girlfriend. Mr. Morgan starts dating. She has a decision to make.

She talks about how Bobby and Mr. Morgan being taken affects her love life and how it feels like this will be a bad day.

She talks about how during the second period, one of her goth friends, Rocco, was missing. She fears something bad may have happened to him.

During the 3rd period she looks for Rocco, but couldn't find him.

She finally finds Rocco at Mr. Morgan's class. Bobby joins the class too. A crime involving a gun breaks out.

School security rushes in to help stop the crime. Rocco is taken to jail. An ambulance takes the victims to the hospital.

The two victims, Bobby and Mr. Morgan, are in great danger. They may not survive. She might be able to help only one of them.

She describes how it felt like to witness the significant others of the victims waiting in the waiting room and volunteering to help only one of them in front of both families.

She wonders if the way the decision on whom she will help survive was fair, since one of the significant others helped her decide.

Realizing it is not fair to let one of them die, she decides to sacrifice herself for them, since it was her fault all of this happened in the first place.

She feels trapped inside something similar to a crematory and has time to review her actions and motives. She tries to exonerate herself from the blame.

She explains how the doctors saved her life after losing all that blood, and talks about an update on the status of Bobby and Mr. Morgan. She explains that her life was saved by an anonymous donor.

She talks about her favorite new show "24" and what happened when she returned to school. She sees Bobby for the first time after the attack.

She finds her mom crying in the attic. Her mom was hiding something that peaked her interest. At night, she returns to the attic to find what it was.

She talks to her mom about the object she found in the attic. Her mom explains the mystery behind the anonymous donor. But she discovers more to the story than she expected.

She wants to go back to the attic to find more information to confirm her new findings, but Mr. Morgan shows up to get her caught up on his status. She then goes back to the attic and finds a journal with more information.

The journal explains a horrifying past that she had blocked out regarding her donor.
