Catelynn and Tyler move back in together after a 30-day trial separation. Ryan returns home after rehab and wants to meet up with Maci. Cheyenne and Cory argue over his new girlfriend being around Ryder. Amber has an online feud with TM2's Jenelle.

Maci struggles with how to tell Bentley that Ryan got arrested and is in jail. Cory makes his relationship with Taylor official, but when Ryder's genetic disorder puts her in the hospital, Cheyenne worries that Cory doesn't understand the gravity.

Catelynn gives birth to her 3rd daughter. Cheyenne starts dating someone new and it doesn't take long for Cory to find out. Maci worries that Maverick's stutter could be a symptom of something serious. Ryan's family continues to cope with him in jail

Maci and Taylor have a TTM photoshoot debuting their toddler line, while Ryan's family prepares for his release from prison. Catelynn worries that Nova isn't adjusting to her new sister Vaeda, so decides to buy her a pony.

Ryan returns home after spending 90 days in jail and Maci is disappointed he doesn't make more of an effort with Bentley. Cheyenne and Matt's relationship is getting serious, but Cory is shocked when he finds out they want to have a baby.

The ladies take their first girls' trip together in 10 years to Florida. Excited for a chance to be away, Catelynn breaks the news to Nova who doesn't take it well while Maci plans a birthday surprise for Amber at a drag show.

Catelynn celebrates Mother's Day at home while Tyler visits his sister in Texas and discovers that Butch has relapsed. Maci goes to Washington D.C to advocate for PCOS, while Cheyenne is shocked at Cory's girlfriend's behavior on Mother's Day.

Amber and Gary discuss how to handle Leah's panic attacks. Cheyenne questions Cory's priorities when he goes on vacation with Taylor at the same time that his mom comes to town to visit. Maci throws Taylor a surprise 30th birthday party.

As Maci comes to the end of her birth control, she suggests Taylor get a vasectomy. When social media explodes after Tyler goes out with friends in Arizona, Catelynn has a night out on the town with her girlfriends. Cheyenne goes to Baltimore.

Maci and Taylor take the family to Atlanta for Bentley's baseball tournament and Ryan makes a surprise appearance. Cheyenne's father grills Matt about his unconditional love while Cory and Taylor discuss the possibility of hanging out all together.

Amber feels she's at a breaking point with Andrew. Cheyenne takes a trip to wine country with Matt and Ryder to test out if he can handle parenting Ryder. As Mackenzie tries to prepare for a fitness competition, Josh goes MIA.

Cheyenne confronts Cory's girlfriend, Taylor, about her past racist tweets, while Maci takes Bentley to see a counselor to help him process everything that has gone on with Ryan. Mackenzie gets devastating news about her mom's cancer.

In Part 2 of the reunion, Amber reveals never before heard information about her recent arrest, Butch defends his actions to Cate and Ty, Maci speaks candidly with Jen and Larry, and the entire cast reflects on 10 years of OG.

After a widely publicized arrest, Amber is released from jail. Mackenzie finds out that Josh cheated on her. Maci's son Bentley can't go to Jagger's first birthday party which disappoints Ryan and his family. Cheyenne's boyfriend Matt finally moves to LA, but his housing situation puts a strain on their relationship. Catelynn has a big surprise in store for her and Tyler's 4th wedding anniversary.

Catelynn, Maci and Cheyenne visit Amber in Indiana to support her in her first court hearing. After coming back from Indiana, Catelynn visits her psychiatrist to inquire about getting off the medications that control her panic attacks and depression. Maci lets Bentley go golfing with Ryan, while Cory tells Cheyenne her priorities are not on Ryder. In the midst of their separation, Mackenzie throws a birthday party for Gannon, making an awkward reunion for her and Josh.

Cheyenne throws her first fundraising event for Ryder's nonprofit that supports her rare genetic disease VLCAD. Amber's custody battle with Andrew takes a turn when he petitions to move baby James to California. Catelynn and Tyler are shocked when their friend needs to be bailed out of jail. Maci strives to light up Chattanooga to support PCOS Awareness Month. Meanwhile, Mackenzie tries to file for divorce, but a stunned Josh refuses to sign the divorce papers.

After audio is leaked from Amber and Andrew's dispute, Gary takes Amber to anger management class. Catelynn visits her psychiatrist after listening to Amber's audio leaks because they trigger her own childhood trauma. Cheyenne decides to start an event planning business, just as Cory decides to compete on The Challenge again. Maci invites Ryan to Bentley's birthday party, but with his restraining order still in effect, Ryan is apprehensive. Josh plans a romantic scavenger hunt for Mackenzie.

As Cheyenne prepares for a trip to Thailand, an argument between her and Matt makes her question the longevity of their relationship. To Maci's surprise, Ryan shows up to Bentley's birthday party. Amber accepts a plea deal and avoids serving jail time. Catelynn and Tyler must decide if they want to let their friend Ashley move in with them until she's off probation. Mackenzie gets a job offer at a cheer gym.

Amber is shocked when footage leaks from the night she was arrested. Catelynn confronts her mom about the trauma she experienced when she placed Carly for adoption. Mackenzie has second thoughts about her renewal to Josh and Cheyenne receives news.

Amber starts a new romance, while Catelynn considers starting a career as a vet tech. Maci is content co-parenting with Jen, Ryan's mom, but Ryan is frustrated Jen lets Bentley do whatever he wants. Cheyenne ends her relationship with Matt, while Cory leaves to compete on The Challenge. After a 2-year battle, Mackenzie's mom Angie loses her fight with cancer.

Amber's new boyfriend from Belgium comes to visit. Maci contemplates sending Bentley to a private middle school. Cheyenne enrolls Ryder in a preschool prep class while Cory is away competing on The Challenge. Catelynn and Tyler catch Ashley in a lie and worry she might be slipping back into old habits while Mackenzie struggles with the loss of her mom and yearns for Josh's support.

Amber is suspicious that Dimitri leaked their relationship to the media and insists he take a lie detector. Still working through her grief, Mackenzie takes a trip to Florida and takes Jaxie along to celebrate her 6th birthday. Catelynn supports Tyler when he re-launches their kids clothing line, but quickly hits a snag when pricing issues arise. Ryder develops a fever forcing Cheyenne to rush her to the hospital due to her VLCAD.

Maci asks Taylor to talk to Bentley about respecting girls while Mackenzie and Josh worry Gannon is struggling to accept his grandmother's death. Exhausted from making food for Vaeda, Catelynn finds an organic baby food company with similar values and travels to New York to consider a partnership. Meanwhile, Cory returns home from competing on The Challenge, and Cheyenne is nervous to let him know that Ryder was hospitalized while he was away.

As Cory and Taylor prepare for their gender reveal party, Cheyenne worries that Cory's attention might shift once the baby is born. Catelynn and Tyler celebrate Vaeda's 1st birthday and aren't sure if they should include Butch in the festivities. Amber's brother visits and questions Dimitri about his intentions. Mackenzie grapples with the possibility of truancy court. Maci has Bentley on a diet so he can prepare for the wrestling tournament, but Ryan doesn't agree with his methods.

Cheyenne confronts Cory about his priorities shifting away from Ryder when he has his daughter with Taylor. Amber says goodbye to Dimitri while Maci makes a difficult decision on whether to extend the Order of Protection on Ryan or not. Mackenzie plans a special day to celebrate her late mother's birthday while Catelynn and Tyler meet with a gender selection doctor to ensure their next baby is a boy.
