The gang gathers on the bayou with pride on the line as teams vie for dominance for their third annual Cajun competition, the only Cajun themed shooting competition in the world. Battling through each creative round, the winning team will, of course, win bragging rights...until next year.

Rainy day boredom inspires Lena to surprise her pal Ashley with a recreation of her beloved childhood redneck sledding adventures. As Kay mercilessly drags the girls through mud, Hunter spends his day building a competition pistol with Logan.

Kay pushes Lena to confront her weaknesses head-on. Finding herself strapped into skydiving equipment, Lena prepares for her first plummet. As Kay and Jerry encourage Lena to toughen up, Jess and Ashely vent their frustrations with a redneck flamethrower.

A challenge sets off a one-of-a-kind gun build off that turns into a inter-family shooting competition with found gun parts and oddball accessories. Fashion and function join forces as both competing teams bring on their best creative efforts.

While teaching Lena basic carpentry, boredom turns into a night-shooting lesson filled with exciting gadgets and fun targets. Meanwhile, the Clark boys learn how the military's elite snipers operate and are challenged with sniping in the dark.

The family gets out of their normal competition comfort zone and takes on the challenge of flying targets while helping out the local 4H. While skill sets are put to the test, Logan and Jess spend their day learning to construct primitive bows.

Jerry sets out to teach Lena a booming history lesson through a group of dedicated Civil War reenactors. The educational day is filled with real life scenarios and war weaponry demonstrated with canon blasts, muskets, and of course, hoop skirts.

Lena's boredom turns into a trick shooting face-off with friend and fellow pro-shooter Ashley Rheuark as they adapt to a wackier style of shooting than they're used to. Meanwhile, another champion pays touching tribute to the family's shooting legacy.

Lena takes the family on a punishing winter high-mountain shooting adventure featuring challenges with a Colorado twist. Enlisting alpine shooting specialist Lanny Barnes motivates the crew and raises the stakes with a classic family competition.
