Efsun is a well loved doctor in her small town in Antep. She receives a visitor who identifies himself as Emir, her estranged mother's chauffeur. He tells her that her mother is dying and that she is requesting Efsun to come see her in Istanbul. Efsun battles with her feelings, she doesn't want to leave her beloved father to visit the woman who left them many years before. Emir convinces Efsun to go to Istanbul. Emir takes Efsun to a hospital to visit her mother, Pervin, where Efusn soon discovers the real reason she had been summoned to Istanbul, and learns who Emir ...

The kiss between Efsun and Emir upsets all the balances, and they become even tenser. Efsun makes a big mistake while trying to prove herself to both Emir and the whole team. This mistake destroys Efsun because of her secret from the past. Emir will come to her rescue when she feels most helpless.

Worried that the truth about her being a surgeon will be revealed, Efsun is unaware that Emir is keeping an even bigger secret from her. Emir and Kaya's secret operation on Pervin causes confusion. While Efsun tries to prove that Emir is performing surgery outside the clinic, Serpil begins to think that Kaya is cheating on her. Pervin's surprise for Efsun changes the balance of power in the clinic. The echoes of Sevda's arrival continue. Sevda's illness increases Emir's fondness for Sevda. Efsun, together with Binnur, sets out to understand the relationship between Emir and Sevda. Burcu's new job will get both the team in the clinic and Cem in trouble.

Emir tries to find out if Efsun really has a boyfriend. Efsun, on the other hand, has a hard time keeping up with the lie she told Emir.
