But someone from her past has followed her to Warrington, much to her delight and her mother's annoyance. However, this is a small matter compared to the missing head teacher, which Mr. Coulson has to replace. It's going to be an interesting year at Rylands.

The fall out from Ashley's reaction to her mum's job at Rylands High leads her to plan a night out in Warrington which ends with dramatic consequences for the Rylands' pupils, while Ellie gets increasingly annoyed at Jason's obsession with Ashley.

After deciding not to tell anyone that Ashley's drink was spiked, Ellie has a go at Jason, snapping after he drags Ashley out of the night club. Ashley is taken home by a police officer, which leads to big consequences for her the morning after.
