Faced with expulsion after being caught with alcohol at school, party girl Maddie is forced to spend her evenings with recovering addicts at a sober living facility.

Maddie struggles to keep her double life under wraps when she blows off her curfew to hang out with her friends after school.

Maddie, Craig and Wes try to convince Wes' ex-girlfriend to return to the program; Charlotte wonders if she made the right decision sending her daughter to Springtime Meadows; Trish auditions for a reality show.

Maddie made progress in group and won her phone privileges again, but easily manipulates Charlotte into covering for her while she throws Zach a surprise party. Yet Maddie is the one who is surprised by the temptations facing her while trying to protect her sobriety. Vern has stars in his eyes when residents of a costly, beach-side rehab facility move into Springtime Meadows for the weekend. Flashbacks provide us with insight into how Cynthia fought with Vern, her best friend, to get him to seek treatment for his addiction.

Charlotte and Cynthia are at odds at what's best for Maddie. Trish starts a new job, but it may be too much for her to handle. And a group exercise at the house brings up family issues, especially for Wes.

Maddie is at a loss with how to help when Trish faces a crisis, but Maddie's good intentions may have a devastating effect on her roommate. Wes struggles with a secret, compounded by the chaos happening in the house. And a disturbing truth comes to light at Springtime Meadows.

Maddie's secret life is discovered while she struggles with her feelings for Wes.

Maddie, Charlotte, and Rebecca attend a graduation party for Rebecca's sister, putting Rebecca's recovery in the spotlight.

Maddie is confused about Wes's change in attitude and drags a housemate into her plan to find out what's wrong. Trish is furious with Maddie at her ill-advised attempts to help her. Meanwhile, Charlotte finally opens up about Maddie's addiction, and Vern is suspicious of Cynthia's odd behavior.

After completing her 30 days of sobriety, Maddie learns shocking truths. Cynthia goes on a downward spiral. Wes finds himself in a horrible situation.
