Part of an unfinished building inexplicably and violently vanishes along with two construction workers. Lindsay is still dealing with Connor Doyle's tragic death. The O.S.I.R. gets a new lead investigator, Matt Prager.

Something is attacking the livestock in a small farming community. The team's new informant Michael Kelly implies that it may have something to do with the illegal cloning experiments conducted by a shady genetic research company.

In the bayou, a man is somehow brought back from the dead, but he's still decomposing. The locals accuse his family of witchcraft. The team tries to help, but Hendricks, who's showing unusually high interest in the case, becomes unhinged.

After being abducted by aliens, a traumatized scientist specialized in genetic research on plants discovers that he's been given strange power to read and control genetic material. Unable to cope with this, he becomes unhinged.

All members of a small remote aboriginal community as well as the nuns who were helping them there suddenly, inexplicably and simultaneously become victims of death-like state that resembles an extreme form of rigor mortis.

A hospitalized elderly female convict is suffering from bizarre violent explosions that somehow rejuvenate her. The team starts their investigation with her nurse, who belongs to the vampire fetishists within the local goth community.

The statue of a headless soldier from the Terracotta Army given to a museum as a gift by the Chinese consulate comes to life and starts decapitating people.

Matt is abducted by what may or may not be aliens and analyzed by a psychologist who looks like Kelly. The team questions a creepy trucker and a strange cook, who both show signs of anhedonia or the inability to feel joy, about the case.

A soldier vanishes in the woods after discovering a mysterious light in the sky. The team's job is made difficult by a military exercise in the area. Elsinger's psychic assistant Kate joins the case despite Matt's protests.

Something is drowning the members of a rich family of land developers headed by a ruthless greedy old patriarch and plagued by a psychotic gangster with a thing for power drills, who thinks Matt is behind the killings.

A meek student with psychokinetic powers discovers that he has an egomaniacal twin brother with the same ability. Peter, who thinks about quitting the team, clashes with Matt over the way they should handle the case.

A psychotic janitor, who works in a psychiatric hospital and possesses mind control abilities thanks to his poisonous pet toad, kidnaps people, plays mind games with them and drives them completely insane. He targets Matt's daughter next.

A hospital patient keeps having the same nightmare. In it, a masked man is trying to kill her with a blade and whenever he harms her in the dream, wounds appear on her body in reality. Lindsay becomes obsessed with the case.

In desperation, Matt's old friend seeks help for his dying wife from a Chinese mystic. Unfortunately, his clan forbids him to use his healing powers under the penalty of death. Matt soon realizes that there's another player in the case.

A ghost scares a man to death in an elite hotel. The team discovers that the haunting may have something to do with the shady owner. Anton hopes the case might help him learn what happened to his family that vanished in a freak accident.

While investigating the resurgence of an old flu strain that resembles the Spanish Flu, the team finds a reclusive family of drifters in hiding, who all look like they came straight out of the 1910s, and may or may not be vampires.

A mysterious beam of light is killing sewer inspectors. The team determines that a female junkie with the rarest blood type of all - the Bombay or HH blood group, has got something to do with it.

A painting sketched by a traumatized artist in his own blood has something to do with a series of brutal killings. Meanwhile, Matt falls for a mystery woman.

While investigating a bizarre case of a young boy, whose room inexplicably froze along with him, Anton gets possessed by a playful, dangerous and unpredictable entity that may or may not be a fallen angel.

Three people from completely different walks of life believe to have been the victims of alien abduction, and that they were given a task by the aliens that they need to complete. Matt suspects, however, that the government is behind it.

Employees sent to a Canadian forest by their company to attend a team building exercise are being killed by a yeti. Their shady boss wants its head. The growing feuds between Matt, Peter, Elsinger and Kelly escalate with tragic results.

A mysterious portal forms in a strange stone archway. Information leak about the case leads to a serious clash between Matt, the team and Elsinger. Can the team survive this infighting? Shocking revelation about Kelly makes things worse.
