The first of the two instant restaurant groups are introduced into the competition in Round 1. The lowest scoring team at the end of this round is eliminated.

Meet South Australia's Deb and Rick, married 38 years and ready to put their culinary skills to the test in their Australiana themed instant restaurant. Deb's wicked sense of humour shines through as Rick declares war on the younger contestants. Will old-school rule for these childhood sweethearts?

Victorian best mates Harry and Christo plate up their three-course menu tonight, as the kitchen competition heats up in round two. Family and food go hand in hand for these bachelor mates who have known each other since birth. Tonight they make their own mark in the kitchen, just how will they be judged?

The same rules from the previous round apply and the lowest scoring team is eliminated.

The dinner party returns to a familiar abode tonight as WA's Chloe and Kelly host their second Instant Restaurant and fight to stay in the competition. After a less than successful first round, do they have what is takes in the kitchen to back up all their talk at the dinner table?

The surviving teams face their first challenge as they race against the clock to prepare breakfast for Sydney's hungry commuters. They'll be serving up something to eat on the go; ranging from classic egg dishes to a risky Congee. The team with the best dish as voted by the public will be safe from the next elimination. The weakest team will head straight to the first Sudden Death Cook-Off.

The two teams at the bottom of the scoreboard use all their skill and creativity in an effort to serve up a meal impressive enough to keep them in the competition.

It's the first knock-out round in Kitchen Headquarters tonight on MKR. Three teams do battle in a fierce kitchen contest and at the end of the night, one team is eliminated. Just who will be heading home?

Tonight on MKR, two teams cook for their chance to win a place in the grand final. There's more on the line than ever before - one team will go home, while the other will be in the running to win $250,000 and be crowned the My Kitchen Rules 2014 champions.
