The Serbian underworld is shaken by the assassination of Tigar, a major mafia boss. Concurrently, Sok and Pasa, two crooks steal the car of a major criminal's wife, Bubon. They will be forgiven this mistake if they complete a task for him.

With luck on their side, Sok and Pasa successfully liquidate the target. Pleased, Bubon is offering them to deal heroin for him. Inexperienced in the job, Sok and Pasa call Furtula, Bubon's dealer to step in and help them.

Francuz, the commandos, reveals to Sok he is aware he murdered Krajisnik. He is offering him a job to help eliminate Tigar's assassinators and clear the underworld. Pasa is aggravated that Sok is appointed as the leader of the clan.

As Sok and Pasa are devoted to developing and organising the clan, drug dealing and other businesses flourish. New assassinations are being planned. The clan is focusing on the football club and trading of players.

Pasa and his team ambush the two of closest companions to the late Galon. Francuz has a meeting with the President of the State. Bubon sends Sok and Pasa to Tutin so that they can meet his drug suppliers.

Pasha and his team liquidate the required target, but make a huge mistake. Sok dedicates himself to further development of his clan's business and blackmails Furtula into working for him. He increasingly works behind Bubon's back.

After one more try, the clan succeeds in killing Djunta. Sok, meanwhile, is too busy with building his family house, harassing laborers and constructors and positioning himself more and more as the clan leader.

Following a warrant that came from the very top of the political ladder, Francuz's people, in cooperation with the Clan, assassinate the opposing candidate of the upcoming elections. Pasa marries Beba. Clan is at its peak.
