Tae visit her father's grave, then a guy calls out to her back. He is Hajime Obi, the former school manager of Koudoukan. His whereabouts have been unknown since he got involved in a explosion at the terminal several years ago. Tae and Shinpachi with surprised delight, and warmly invite him into their house.

To catch the secret of Obi, Gintoki confronts him before Tae and Shinpachi are aware of it.
