After legal heavyweight Rachel King (Heather Locklear) humiliates Franklin & Bash on national television, Stanton hires her to help run the firm. Peter and Jared represent a famous magician (guest star Adam Goldberg) after a bracelet vanishes and never reappears. Damien intentionally re-releases an embarrassing viral video with hopes to expedite his judicial appointment. Pindar finds a termite in his bed and has the house tented, but staying on the outside proves too difficult and results in the Man Cave's destruction.

The gang moves into Infeld's beach house and Peter is quick to pursue their beautiful neighbor, Charlie (guest star Nikki Whelan). Jared and Peter must prove a veteran is alive after a clerical error wrongfully pronounced him deceased and he is poised to lose his house. Karp is increasingly concerned about Infeld's erratic behavior, which comes to a head when he befriends a Ukrainian drive-through worker and plans to marry her for a visa extension so she can pursue the American dream.

As bad as it is that Peter has discovered his mother is working as a sexual surrogate, it's even worse when he has to defend her in court after she is arrested for prostitution.

The guys make a bet with Rachel as to which of their cases will benefit the firm the most. Hers is about a psychic wrongfully terminated from her job; theirs involves piracy and a one man fishing boat.

An insurance actuary is so good at predicting his client's deaths he is accused of causing them. A woman is at odds with her neighbors over the honey bee operation in her backyard.

Robbie supposedly murdered his friend Freck, but since Freck is a notorious prankster, the guys can't help but wonder that he may not be dead, especially since there's no body. They also help a group of ex-cons in a dispute with a vendor.

While Peter and Jared help a baseball player deal with an unruly heckler, Rachel helps her brother in a lawsuit over defective bull semen. Damien finds himself in big trouble and needs legal help himself.

If a meteorite worth many times its weight in gold lands in someone's apartment, who owns it? The tenant, the landlord, or the government? Meanwhile, Damien is tried for the death of Judge Dinsdale and Stanton isn't defending him very well.

The guys help a bounty hunter friend who's been accused of beating up one of his collars. Damien has suddenly become a changed man and Stanton intimates that changes to the firm's personnel are in the offing.

The guys' dispute with their famous neighbor becomes entwined with a renewed investigation into their previous home's destruction. Meanwhile, Damien and Rachel vie for the same judgeship and Stanton's feud with Rob Lowe comes to a head.
