Jeudi has no memories of her past, but she is happy so long as she can be with her friend Lundi on the Swiss countryside. However, after a run-in with a French count, Jeudi is kidnapped and taken to his castle.

Count Gourmont is relentless. Lundi does all he can to rescue Jeudi from the castle, putting his very life at risk.

"Alpine Rose" is a simple song, yet it's the key to unlocking Jeudi's past. Jeudi and Lundi must get passports to Austria, but their wanted posters are on every corner.

Crossing the Swiss-Austrian border proves to be no easy task with Gourmont's men waiting. Jeudi and Lundi aren't the only ones whose lives are at stake, but everyone around them is in danger as well.

Jeudi arrives in Salzburg to find Leonhardt Achenbach, whom she hopes is her father. All she finds is a mysterious young man in a lonely mansion.

In search of clues concerning Jeudi and Leonhardt's parents, the two enter Nazi headquarters in hopes of swiping important documents.

Leonhardt will conduct his concert, but refuses to submit to the Nazis. This means playing the song of resistance and escaping the concert hall before it's too late.

Lundi barely misses Jeudi in Salzburg, but is determined to follow her, to the anguish of Marie. Meanwhile, Jeudi and Leonhardt have enough close calls on the way to Switzerland.

Lundi and Leonhardt are injured, Count Gourmont and the Nazis close in, and leads to Jeudi's parents are unveiled.

Jeudi finds her injured father in an amnesty at the border, but there are other forces lying in wait for them.

When Count Gourmont captures Leonhardt, the others set out to rescue him. But the Countess gets there first.

Jeudi and Lundi finally make it to the former's grandparent's estate, but strange things are afoot when she's not permitted to see her own mother. Poison, a weapons trader, a fake Alicia, and a threat to Jeudi's own life.

Jeudi is left stranded, her mother on the brink of death, her family's property forfeited, and Lundi knows he can't simply wait and become Matilda's husband.

Celebration is in the air. Then Lundi finds a strange letter at his relatives' house and abruptly departs for Paris. Will Jeudi wait for him?

Jeudi and Leonhardt are pursued by the Nazis at every turn, and take refuge in an inn. They find the young innkeeper broken in spirit from the cruelty of the war.

Jeudi and Leonhardt continue their travels, running into a young boy named Hans who helps the rebels in exchange for money with the assistance of his band of cronies. But is he really uncatchable as they say?

Jeudi and Leonhardt search for Lundi in the streets of Paris while a Nazi assassin known as Tarantula is on the loose.

Tarantula's next mission is to kill Leonhardt, but Deboir has sent his own men after the assassin. Meanwhile, Lundi just wants to save his brother.

Now joined by Robert and Heinrich, Jeudi, Lundi, and Leonard try everything in their power to warn General Guisan of the coming attempt on his life.

In a final attempt to save her friend and Switzerland, Jeudi sings the "Alpine Rose" song over Paris, she and her friends knowing the consequences full well.
