Eli postpones work on a major case he's taken away from Dowd when his visions lead him to a different case involving immigration and migrant workers.

Eli's vision of a war lands him in court against his fiancée during the same week as their engagement party, and the firm begins punitive measures because of his scaled back case load.

Eli takes on the case of a man who has waked from a coma and is suing to regain his life, but he then cannot figure out what's wrong when the visions don't stop.

Stone has to retry one of his cases that's been overturned, all under the watchful eye of Posner; Dowd takes on a family court case involving an ex-girlfriend; and there are some additions to the firm.

Eli must make a hard choice at his disbarment hearing, Taylor and Patti clear some air, and Keith gets his first taste of life in a big law firm when he and Matt are assigned a star athlete's case who the district attorney wants to make an example of.

Dowd and Bennett continue to butt heads over the handling of the Jayson Turk case, and Eli is forced to second chair his malpractice case as his diminished firm status is driven home, and visions of a dragon lead him to an unlikely key to the trial.

When Eli's case threatens Patti's old community, her cold shoulder causes a crisis of faith. The Jayson Turk trial arrives with an uncomfortable revelation for Dowd.

Eli sues a high school at George Michael's request because the principal expelled a girl who played one of his songs at assembly, Taylor and Dowd sue a son for his bone marrow, and Nathan helps Eli find a surgeon.

Eli takes on Nate's case when he's accused of malpractice in a U.N.O.S. case, but Nate's secrets jeopardize the case and cause Eli's visions of the day his father died. Taylor's attempt to stave off Dowd involve her father and then Eli.

Eli's practical joke against Dowd results in Taylor taking on a gay chimpanzee case, and Eli enlists Bennett's help when his vision leads him to a prisoner who is the victim of a vindictive warden.

Eli sues the City of San Francisco when he has another earthquake vision, giving Marci just the opening she needs to call for a partner vote over Jordan's leadership of the firm.

Eli tries a right-to-death case around the time of his own surgery.
