As Delko fights for his life once again, he flashes back to 1997 and the case that helped launch his career as a CSI.

A man desperate for justice creates a hostage situation at the Miami/Dade Police Department, and Horatio looks into his claims. One of the hostages is Jesse Cardoza, a former CSI who is returning to his old job.

A "cougar" is romantically connected to three victims who were electrocuted during a beach volleyball tournament, and the internal investigation into Calleigh and Delko comes to a conclusion.

An investment broker who stole millions is found dead in his plane, and the investigation reveals no shortage of people who wanted to kill him--but none of the money he stole.

While investigating an e. coli-related death, the team finds itself stonewalled by a powerful corporate interest, and the case takes a serious emotional toll on Delko.

Two groomsmen are found handcuffed together in a fountain and covered with blood. The groom is also missing, but does the blood belong to him?

The team investigates the scene of a fatal auto accident, but struggle to determine who was ultimately responsible and who was behind the wheel.

The team suspects that a company is killing its employees in order to collect on the insurance policies it put out on them, and a mysterious woman from Jesse's past returns.

The team finds the body of a dead census report taker in the trunk of a car, and the investigation takes a dangerous turn when it leads Wolfe and Boa Vista to a booby-trapped meth lab in an abandoned foreclosed home.

The team discovers that Delko is working for an attorney defending a homeless man accused of raping and killing a wealthy woman.

When America's sweetheart, Phoebe Nichols, bursts into flames during a concert, the CSIs expose the dark side of pop stardom.

A man is chopped in half, and the lab tries to tie the case to a Japanese mobster, who seeks custody of his biological son, who was adopted by the victim. Meanwhile, Natalia's hearing loss nearly makes her a victim during the investigation.

The CSIs have 24 hours to find out if a man on death row is truly guilty, and Eric Delko returns to work the case.

A dead body falls from the sky, and the team discovers that he had been a passenger on a private commercial space flight.

A pornographer who was acquitted in Los Angeles for the murder of his wife is suspected of killing anther woman in Miami. Horatio and Delko travel to L.A. to further the investigation--and clear Jesse's Cardoza's name.

An office receptionist is killed with an ax at her workplace, and the team discovers that several employees held grudges against her, as well as a surprising tragic secret from her past.

An Iranian man is burned to death. The prime suspects include Horatio's son Kyle's army buddy Brian, who is on military furlough, as well as Brian's girlfriend, who was the victim's daughter.

Spring Break raises the body count in Miami when the CSI team splits up to solve three different murders.
