The staff struggles under Slocum. When a body comes into the morgue, the staff believes that the person who killed was someone Macy helped apprehend. They think Macy should be asked to help but Slocum refuses.

A man is brought to the morgue. Later a woman claiming to be his wife shows up and burns the body, then kills herself. Jordan learns the woman is from Las Vegas and works at the Monticetto resort so she calls Danny McCoy. Who then arrives and tells her that the man who died was last seen with a Vegas mobster. Woody reluctantly works with Danny and they find more bodies but no links to the mobster which Danny says there should be. Garrett is about to do an autopsy on a man who died after riding his motorcycle. But some bikers come to the morgue and take the body. ...

Two boys lost in the wilderness, two bodies in a well. The crew is called in and Jordan responds (even though she has the flu). She gets trapped in an abandoned mine.

A man who dies of tuburculosis immediately after being released from prison leads Jordan to investigate substandard health care in the prison system. Woody investigates a recently released rapist apparently determined to kill those responsible for his incarceration.

Jordan is investigating the mysterious death of a woman and her child. All points to the leader of a cult whom Jordan thinks is creepy. But she can't go in his cult so she turns to Pollock for help. And a woman asks for the sperm of a man who was brought into the morgue. But later another woman claims to be the man's wife and she doesn't want the woman to have it.

A body, long-dead, found in a park turns out to be a teacher. Jordan struggles with emotion vs. evidence in the case of a dead couple.

Jordan matches wits with a serial killer who agrees to help her and Woody find a copycat.

When evidence unexpectedly appears at a murder scene Woody has been investigating, he is accused of planting it. Bug and Nigel argue over a possible alien abduction case.

Jordan works with Bug on a missing persons case involving the sister of a murder victim. During their investigation Jordan and Bug discover new clues in an old case which help prove how and who murdered the missing woman's sister. Meanwhile, Garrit, Nigel and D.A. Walcott work on a case involving a Boston crime boss.

A murder at a bed and breakfast with a 100 year old murderous past draws Jordan and Woody out to a small town in the middle of the winter. With a hotel full of suspects, a possible ghost and bodies stacking up, it's only a matter of time before they end up snowed in.

Jordan scrambles to validate a case being tried after Macy is arrested, and his results are questioned.

The murder of a soldier stateside leads Jordan and Woody to a soldier who died in Iraq. Nigel is on the track of an old kidnapping, and Macy's daughter is dating someone he deems unsuitable.

Dr. Macy's daughter is a witness to a gang-related shooting and the team works together to solve the crime and locate Abby.

A bomber strikes a commuter train, leaving many children dead; Woody and the agents must find a second bomb, hidden somewhere in the city.

An elite group of fire fighters are killed in a wild fire and a man falls on Dr. Mahesh "Bug" Vijayaraghavensatanaryanamurthy's (Ravi Kapoor) new sports car.

The murder of an upstairs neighbor puts his daughter at risk, and Jordan's family history seems to get in the way of helping her. Meanwhile, Garret and Lily are at odds on how to handle a case that involves a powerful man who will stop at nothing to hide the truth.

A teenage girl is murdered and the Boston PD along with Nigel and Bug work to determine who did it. The prime suspect is a schizophrenic man living in a halfway house in the neighborhood.

Jordan and Lu butt heads while trying to prove whether or not a baseball player raped a woman. Jordan sides with the victim while Lu believes Baker's story that it was consentual. Later, the victim is found dead and another of Baker's secrets is revealed. Bug and Nigel investigate the death of a former Air Force pilot who's been frozen in a block of ice for forty years.

Jordan investigates murder of a woman who could perform miracles. Lily worries about her relationship with Jeffrey. Bug investigates death of high-rise window washer with vertigo.

Macy discovers a young boy is being held hostage. Lily runs into Bug.

Jordan wakens the morning after a party with a gun in her hand and her former beau with a bullet in his chest.
