Part 1 of 5. An all-stars tournament begins with chefs Madison Cowan, Eric Greenspan, Brian Malarkey and Art Smith competing for a spot in the $75,000 finale. Basket ingredients include something slimy and a beautiful fish.

Part 2 of 5. Anne Burrell, Hung Huynh, Mary Sue Milliken and Dale Talde compete in an All-Stars tournament. Included: a soup and a sour surprise are found in the appetizer baskets; a cheese party food must be matched with some expensive offal.

Part 3 of 5. The All-Stars Tournament continues with Cat Cora, Antonia Lofaso, Michael Psilakis and Marcel Vigneron competing.

Part 4 of 5. An all-stars tournament continues with Rocco DiSpirito, Jet Tila, Lee Anne Wong and Fabio Viviani competing. Included: appetizer are made using a succulent seafood and an Asian pastry; the chefs must get creative when cooking a piece of beef in the entrée round; and fish-shaped snacks and crystals that go pop are incorporated into dessert recipes.

Conclusion. Four all-star chefs (Anne Burrell, Michael Psilakis, Art Smith and Jet Tila) compete to win $75,000 for their charity. Included: something purple and something fishy in the appetizer baskets; a seafood tower in the entrée round; and desserts made using a very hot pepper and a cookie cake.

The chefs are given beef tendon balls in the appetizer round; have fresh vermicelli noodles to work with when making entrées; and try to successfully incorporate caramelized onions in desserts.

Musicians Lita Ford, Kelly Hansen, Eddie Ojeda and Dweezil Zappa compete for charity, in a battle that finds them cooking with a bubbly drink, lamb, rock candy and lemon rolls.

The basket ingredients have a carnival theme. In the appetizer round, two deep-fried foods need to be transformed. Later, an outrageous sundae and toasted ravioli pose a challenge; and the judges find themselves faced with an unprecedented dilemma.

Four college students compete. The first round features a dorm-life starchy staple and a bag of frozen veggies. Later, entrée are made using a savory microwavable snack; and sweet and salty surprises are found in the dessert baskets.

Healthy ingredients are used by the chefs, who are faced with the challenge of creating dishes that are nutritious and moderate in calories. Included: fish appetizers; entrées with a bit of heat; and desserts made out of green smoothies and rice crackers.

Competing chefs prepare food for a tailgate party. For appetizers, pretzel rolls and chicken wings are on the menu. Later, they try to impress the judges with what they can do with burger patties and four fruity surprises.

The competing chefs are asked to make delicious gastropub food, beginning in the appetizer round, which features smoked bacon and pickles. Later, a cocktail and classic English pub dish are transformed into entrées.

Cooking Channel stars Gabriele Corcos, Kelsey Nixon, Roger Mooking and Jim Stacy take on a holiday challenge, worth $10,000, for their favorite charity. Ingredients included a whole roasted goose, meat and potatoes, fruit and pie dough.

Part 1 of 5. Big personalities and old rivalries compete for the title of Grill Master. Among the proteins they have to prepare are pork chops and sausages; a sweet ingredient shows up in the entrée round; and desserts are made with a cheese.

Part 2 of 5. Grill masters are given hot dogs and hamburgers to work with in the appetizer round; and run into timing issues, when preparing rack of elk in the entrée round. In the dessert round, the two remaining chefs have high hopes for what they can make, using chocolate cupcakes.

Part 3 of 5. Grill masters battle, including two chefs who are engaged to be married. Round 1 features a succulent seafood and an odd ice cream; the second mystery basket contains a live ingredient.

Part 4 of 5. Grill masters are given spare ribs, a giant whole fish and plums to work with, in the final preliminary battle before the grand finale.

Conclusion. The four finalists in the "Grill Masters" tournament face off for the $50,000 grand prize. Ingredients include rattlesnake, offal, fruit, a breakfast item and a classic pie.
