The chefs must incorporate octopus and huckleberry into their appetizers; champagne into their entrees; and a Mexican cheese into their desserts.

In the entree round the chefs take on Savoy cabbage & a curious web of fat.

What will the judges think of an unorthodox decision with the avocados? The chefs must use canned ham in their appetizers; perch in their entrées; and croissants in their desserts.

In this competition, every basket contains some 'leftover' ingredients. Leftovers are transformed into gourmet appetizers, entrées and desserts. Featured ingredients include leftover pizza, Chinese food and cold refried beans.

The chefs do their best to delicately cook a familiar fish. For appetizers, tiny Indian gourds; for entrées, smelly fish product and lutefisk; for desserts, Chinese sausage.

Four firefighters face off in the kitchen. They must use hot dogs and smoked mozzarella in their appetizers; bison steaks and fire-roasted tomatoes in their entrées; and crescent-roll dough in their desserts.

Chopped viewers get to weigh in on the ingredients in the mystery basket.

Part 1 of 5. Four world-class Iron Chefs go, head-to-head, competing for charity. They must use beef tendon and crawfish in their appetizers; a challenging protein in their entrées; and black beans in their desserts.

The chefs must use escargots and red jalapeños in their appetizers; Chinese eggplants and ground lamb in their entrées; and roasted noodles in their desserts.

Part 2 of 5. Globe-trotting gourmets. Four sensational series' hosts bring international flavors to the All-Stars tournament. Can these All-Stars hit their stride?

Four chef/entrepreneurs have something to prove in the Chopped kitchen. The chefs must use hearts of palm and rabbit escabeche in their appetizer; goat chops in their entrées; and blue-corn tortilla chips in their desserts.

Part 3 of 5. Four "Food Network Star" alums compete in the All-Stars Tournament for charity. Mystery ingredients include razor clams; white apricots; and bacon. Appearing: Justin Balmes; Penny Davidi; Vic "Vegas" Moea; Chris Nirschel.

Part 4 of 5. "Chopped" judges Alex Guarnaschelli, Marc Murphy, Marcus Samuelsson and Chris Santos compete in the All-Stars Tournament for charity. Amanda Freitag, Aaron Sanchez and Geoffrey Zakarian judge their dishes.

Does yuzu juice go with sturgeon? That's part of the first-round riddle.

The final round of the All-Stars Tournament finds four celebrity chefs preparing beef heart, panforte and pancetta while competing to win $50,000 for their favorite charity.

The chefs must use green-goddess salad dressing in their appetizers; fortune cookies and branzino in their entrées; and sourdough bread in their desserts.
