Picking up where we left off in Season Two, the stylists are having an uneventful day. Cali ropes them into a very interesting group text. We see more of what manipulative things Bree and Karin are up to.

Janice and Maurice have a moment. Cali and Mo discuss how severely underpaid stylists are. Janice begs Cassie to come back. A client makes a mess in the bathroom.

The girls tell Mo all about the strip mall politics. Who's who and what's what. An angry customer comes in and Alyssa presses all the wrong buttons. The local pizza place takes Mo's immune system for a ride.

Mo brings in a treat meant for Pauline and Pauline only, but Bree gets into them and regrets it. Karin surprises them, and Janice has a word with her.

Cali is not happy when she realizes Bree is taking her clients. Tina's clients are upset that she's never in the salon. Janice's friend stops by and talks Janice into coming with them to a male strip club.

Alyssa finds out Ann is doing interviews for salon magazines from rehab. Cali shares a big piece of her past with Mo. Janice tricks Cassie into signing some papers she really shouldn't have.

Janice takes the entire staff on an outing - a cutting class in Ohio, where they're kicked out and forced to spend the night with each other in the hotel. Bree and Tina finally make their relationship official. Cali rents interesting films. Mo gives Bree an inspirational talking-to.

Cassie is back and spends the day celebrating. Bree takes on Tina's job responsibilities in the hopes of getting on both her and Janice's good side. Mo and Bree talk about their relationships with women. Did we mention Cassie was excited to be back at work?

Tina surprises everyone by taking a break from her camming and actually showing up. Bree and Tina engage in the main hobby of all Tina's relationships - drama, and fights. Janice makes a gigantic product order and the girls find random places to put it all since it isn't fitting on the shelves.

Pauline gets loud about the fact that she isn't happy with the pay she isn't getting from Ebberts and tries to get all the girls on her side. A client tries to complain about Bree, but Alyssa - of all people - has her back. Pauline teaches Bree some tricks, and Mo gets one beautiful do for her evening.

Cali is still upset with Cassie after Cassie choose her cheating, lying boyfriend over the girls at the salon. Bree is Tina's middle-man with Janice, and Janice lets Bree know she better be careful doing all her bidding. Cali tells Janice about the sex tape of Cassie and tells us all where it was filmed - in the salon.

Bree and Karin have a heated argument. Cassie going through her thoughts and emotions with Maurice, who isn't too thrilled to be her sounding board. Bree tries to tell her truth to someone before she's accused of keeping her previous intentions a secret.

Pauline's client comes back again for round two of his shenanigans. Mo finds the applications where they shouldn't be. Alyssa gives Pauline one of her biggest tipping clients to help her with Roger's medical bills.

It's a wildly busy day at Ebberts Salon and Spa, and they were not prepared. Bree doesn't understand you can't spend hours and hours on clients. Alyssa and Pauline have a heart to heart, and Alyssa shares what she'd really like to be doing with her life.

Pauline tries to talk with Janice about a raise. Cassie is given a laundry list of tasks to complete that are not a part of her job. We get another visit from the client. Karin sneaks in to try and make things right with some of the girls.

Pauline grows increasingly frustrated with Janice not understanding that she is her husbands primary care giver. Alyssa and Bree have a chat about relationships and the future of Ebberts. Pauline tries recruiting the girls for a strike.

Janice is not happy that Ebberts lost 'Salon of the Year' from the city. Pauline flips out, and the girls are concerned. Pauline really pushes for the walk out.

Bree is the victim of an unsolicited dick pic from a creepy client and fights with Tina. Cassie gets upset that the rules were different for her and Del than they are for Bree and Tina. Janice talks to Mo about some things she's been thinking, and Alex - a salon regular - starts to fall for Cassie.

Janice and Maurice show up at the salon together, getting along. Mo shares her love of podcasts, Alyssa shows her love for Hocus Pocus, and a family full of lice threatens to come in to the salon.

Pauline comes in to cover for Cali, who is showing up less and less lately. Cassie surprises everyone by getting an attitude with a client. Alyssa feels terrible and begs Janice to go home, and when Janice keeps telling her 'no' - Alyssa makes a boss move.

Pauline gets down to the bottom of Bree's lies. Janice shuts down another request for a raise. Mo shares her love for Benedict Cumberbatch. Maurice and Janice argue, and we see a side of Janice that we didn't see coming.

Maurice is having a really good day and decided to shine a bit of that light on the girls at the salon. Alyssa explains again that she doesn't want the management position. A client comes in with stage four cancer looking to have her head shaved, and Cassie's emotional reaction leads to a private struggle she's been dealing with.

A student from a local cosmetology school picks Ebberts to shadow for a school project. A young woman comes in to tell Cassie about her boyfriends infidelity. Bree slips and cuts a client, causing a huge frenzy.

Bree brings the girls out to the middle of nowhere to confess her sins. Alyssa finally tells Mo all about what really happened with Ann. Pauline drinks pee, as per-usual.

Pauline's husband is having a really good day so Bree takes it upon herself to teach her some twerking for her evening. Janice and Maurice crash their party, and a surprise guest shows up for the meeting.

Janice and Maurice call a mandatory meeting to make some new announcements. Unexpected news starts a sequence of events Janice and Maurice didn't see coming.
